It just seems to me that the Mass Effect universe is stuffed with racial tensions. Everyone hates each other and every species seems to be loathed by at least one of the others.
So who has it the worst?

I suppose the AI's do pretty much get instantly killed the moment they're discovered.
My vote was swayed by the genophage.

I said Quarians because they made the Geth so nobody likes them for that and that no one wants them around cause there fleets just dirty up the system their in.

I forgot to mention the batarians. Does anyone care about the batarians? lol no. Whiny b*tards. They deserve their authoritarian government and limited colonization efforts. Lastly, it's simply impossible to respect slavers. AblatedCrayon

I forgot to mention the batarians. Does anyone care about the batarians? Nobody likes batarians...not even the batarians. And I voted for humans, because I had to jump through hoops of fire and find evidence to convict Saren before I was even accepted as a spectre. Then I had to save the galaxy before Anderson was even put on the Counsel. I mean...I literally saved a galaxy before that fraking turian counselor shut his trap. Now, that's a struggle.

Old topic is old, but as it predates my time here...
I voted Quarians. Pretty simple really. They miscalculated how powerful the neural net of the Geth was and then get kicked off Rannoch when they failed to get the Geth under control. The Council cuts them off and denies them aid and to add insult to injury stripped them of their embassy and presumably with it the right to colonize in Citadel space.
This was no more self inflicted than the Krogan actually pursuing war with the council, but at least the Krogan are permitted to live as they choose on the world they are permitted to have. Seems pretty straightforward to me.

Quarians...still is it wise to keep pissing off a race who has the biggest fleet in the galaxy?

Fleet doesn't mean war fleet. It's 50k overaged, overcrowded ships. Only very few of those are fit for battle. Sure, it's 50,000 of them - but it's like, so to say going against 100 modern tanks with 50,000 trailers from the 50s. The tanks would win.

The quarians only have a couple of hundred purpose built combat ships. Those are probably older than creation. While a lot of their ships might have weapons it's not like they can actually fight if the chips are down.
