Yeah, so did I.
The crashes come and go, and for me, it depends on the day. I don't know what I have running in the background to not have it crash incessantly some days, but that's just the way it is.
The plus is, that the PC version has far less bugs the console ports do.

Have we ever discussed New Vegas on this site beyond people struggling to get it running? Because that's what it feels like.

Bethesda says it's my video card. Which sure enough is lower than the system requirements. Seeing as I have some vacation money saved up and I haven't used any of it yet, going to shell out the $100 to get the new one.

/cast Necromancy
It's been forever since I've played New Vegas, so I've managed to reinstall and find the time to sit down to play. Of course when playing the game, I've came across a few new mods I've added to list, but there's this one mod I'm really interested and I'm absolutely looking forward to it to see the complete version of it. It's basically called "Fallout 1". Yep, you can revisit the setting again, by via storybook flashback.
Also, they did show a demo where you can a complete dumbass, that is a complete major walking disaster.
It's a WIP and ongoing at this time. I really hope they did finish it in due time, instead of turning itself into a hiatus thing, like so many other potential mods and other things.

That is pretty awesome. Fallout 1 is one of those games that could use a fresh coat of paint.
