I thought of one!!! My second gripe is people that quote famous works of fiction without understanding them. Both my examples come from "Romeo and Juliet". The first "Star-cross'd lovers" - people think that it is a really romantic phrase when it actually means "ill fated". The other one; "Wherefore art thou Romeo?". Most people incorrectly translate it to mean "Where are you, Romeo?" when it really means " Why are you Romeo", referring to his name. BAH. Right. Yes! I hate how so many people misunderstand that 'wherefore' line. Also, I think I am now in love with Rascarin. I used to be one of those people who mocked Guitar Hero until I had a go, and suddenly I shut up. Good fun. I noticed Spoony's website yesterday. I didn't understand exactly why it was shutting down, but it did say it was indefinite, and though he hoped it would be back it may not. I will miss that Phantasmagoria thing!

Same i'll missed the Sppony Experiment too EDIT: Appently their current webhost caused a screw up, so they are opening tempoary until they can shift the website to another webhost. At least it will come back. Btw, another pet peeve I've picked it up was those ticket gate machines. They looked dangerous. Everytime after I've sliped the ticket in, I had to rush to the other side before it auotmatically close again, fearing I might get my waist jammed in those things. Apprently there's an accident involved with those things. A man got his crouch stuck in those things a few years ago according the newspaper. He had to sue the transport company for damanging his testicles. That didn't qwell my fear with those things one bit at all...

Another one, referring to my lovely family once again.
Apparently, being up the whole night and being sick does not mean that one is not still expected to make packed lunches for the rest of the family. I mean, it's not like I'm still feeling unwell, and its not as if I might pass on all my germs.
Just because I don't make a crying fuss about being unwell; I don't have to get anyone up in the night, i just puke quietly to myself, and clean the bathroom after me. Everyone else makes a big song and dance - especially my dad, who'll barf so louldy he can be heard in the next town over. It's as if they don't believe I'm really sick, just because I'm not blowing chunks at their feet.
What a bunch of ignorami.
(also, cookies to be awarded to whoever comes up with the most original name for being sick)

Ouch. Bad luck chief, that sounds pretty nasty. Get well soon. Speaking as a man, I think the thing to do is to just make that song and dance Honestly though, that's terrible, asking the sick person to prepare food! I wouldn't want to eat it. I don't think we have these dangerous automatic gates over here Tillian - I can't picture them anyway... Glad Spoony will be back. I really did like that Phantasmagoria.

Yeah that's not right either. They shouldn't push you to make food especially it might spread into their food.
Hopefully you'll get well soon, as everyone keep saying to me, drink more orange juice

Orange juice, yes. I have just recovered from an illness. Whining for attention and drinking orange juice did wonders.
Also, honestly - chicken soup.

I had corned beef hotpot instead of chicken soup. Possibly one of the most divine tasting dishes in the world.
Anyway, another hate; stinging nettles. Those sneaky motherfuckers are everywhere. Catching ducklings in the dark only to be stung all over the hand is NOT fun. And when your hand is already bruised and swollen (from hacking a tree root with a spade), it hurts even more.
Hate number two; little sisters. They put their ducklings in your bathtub, sprinkle food everywhere, let them poop, and then don't clean up afterwards!
Hate three; people who say "you're in a bad mood" when you're not. "No, I'm not in a bad mood, but if you keep saying that then I bloody well will be!"
Hate four; people not putting cordless phones back in their chargers. MAKES ME MAD.

Nice soup.
Another pet pevee since you mention bathrooms, is smelly towels. You'll get the idea. I'm not going to explain it poetic purple prose. You SHOULD know this by now.

Mine is people not putting milk in the fridge. I'm eating warm bloody cornflakes right now. And - people not replacing the toilet paper or the shampoo.
Hey Rascarin how's your sickness?

Ouch, yeah lukewarm cereals. I know how that feels.
also in the subject of bathrooms, My hair. Until now, for some reason My hair just keeps on falling apart to the point it became a big black cluster lumps. And it's a wonder I didn't became bold...
Also, how's the sickness. Is there any progress on your recovery?

Warm cereal is of the devil. Especially with UHT milk. Urgh.
As for the sickness, it looks like it was just a one-off. Probably from gorging on greasy pizza not long before bed. They shouldn't make the cheese so tasty, it really isn't fair.

No shit, who's else opinion would it be?

My latest - people who don't let you just sleep. I went to bed today with a migraine, only to be interrupted every time I was just about to fall asleep, which made the headache and sickness worse. In the end I had to resort to taking four different kinds of pills, the combined effects of which are making me feel all spaced out and weird.
EDIT: And another thing! When someone asks for your number, and you give it to them, and then you never hear anything from them. Why the hell do they bother asking if they aren't going to use it!?
