Fair point, actually. I love the Stover books. I haven't read many, but Dark Rendezvous, Stover's Revenge of the Sith and maybe the Thrawn books are my favourites.

Heard Halo: the flood sucks.

The Flood is basically a retelling of the first game, and I didn't really see a point in trying it. Now, if Stover had done it...

Cover art for Dragon Age: Asunder. Preorder before the release date and you'll receive the last chapter of the book, in which David Gaider personally cusses you out for not liking DA2.

Wait, do you really have to pre-order to get an extra chapter/epilogue? Also, I love how the cover says, "David Gaider, lead writer of Dragon Age: Origins." What, not proud enough of Dragon Age 2 to mention it on the cover, Davey?

Also we will have to wait for new content. It will be available for purchase a few weeks after release to get the whole story. On a side note, fire the cover artist. That's really cheesy looking art.

It's probably the best cover out of the three, but I'm still not crazy about it. I'll probably check this out just to see if he's improved (though I'm not sure if I'll get out from under the unflattering image I have of him after all his forum posts). The Stolen Throne tried to do too much with 400 pages, and The Calling did too little. Wondering if he'll break even this time. =D

Yeah, the cover is suffering from the floating head syndrome trope.
As for the novel, I might be considering reading it if I can find an ebook or *ahem* pdf version off the internet. Books ain't cheap and I've already blew good cash to buy "The Art of Game Design" by Jesse Schell.
Btw... is he wearing a maggot cape?

All these meaningless fucking subtitles are getting on my nerves, too. You've got Redemption (Dragon Age) and Asunder and Inquisition and Invasion and Evolution and Redemption (Mass Effect) and Origins and Awakenings and Revelations and Deception and Galaxy and Arrival and Legacy and Incursion and Evolution and Conviction and Ascension. Just, there are other ways to title things, you know?

At least it's not "Dragon Age-Milk Run" Or "Mass Effect-Exam Crunch Time"
But yes I noticed that cheap lazy crap myself. Maybe just maybe they should consider titling the books without the game name.
Or perhaps if they must cram the branding at the reader, "____________ A dragon Age novel"
Something like that so they can grab the reader and still tell you it's Bioware's.

I'd read Dragon Age: Milk Run. It'll need some sort of dramatic blurb on the front to sell me on it, though.
"He's run out of milk, now he must run for his life."

I would, but then again it's not as bad ass as 'The president is kidnapped by a army of alien ninja zombies from space, are you a bad enough dude to save him?"

But that one line synopsis is so charming. Really!
