I'm not the biggest GoT fan, but I've gotta admit, this does sound pretty interesting.
* Set in the TV show between the end of Season 3 and the beginning of Season 5. * You alternate between five members of the Forrester family, some guys from the north. Your actions as one character will affect the others and vice versa. * Six episodes, instead of the usual five, which means it must be either more ambitious than TWD/TWAU, or Telltae really want that sweet, sweet Game of Thrones money. Or both. * It's on the next-gen consoles, too. Which is nice, since I still have barely any decent games on my PS4. * Unlike the other Telltale game coming out, it isn't based on Borderlands, meaning I should be able to play it without vomiting.
Telltale say it's Coming Soon, and what with them being the only people in the gaming industry who use those words correctly, I think it may be out by the end of the month. Definitely before the year's out, at least.

Peter Dinklage in a video game? Sounds like a great idea!

It does sound promising, as does everything Telltale does.
Does anyone else think they may be working themselves too hard though, spreading too thin? This will make three games they made this year. I'm still sore after the Walking Dead 2 disappointed me so much. I deleted it from my hard drive the other week.

I'm salty there is still no news on the Wolf Among Us front... But I am okay with Tyrion! Kinda glad we got King's Landing in this. As long he doesn't talk about Moon Wizards, we're good. Now we only need some fighting, a brothel and maybe a dragon and we are set.

I notice they're not listing a release date because Telltale like to release on a different day for every region/platform their games are on.

Telltale don't give a fuck. Yet they do.

It is understandable they'd have trouble releasing on so many platforms at once. They are an incredibly small studio, and before The Walking Dead, they only really released their games on PC and PS3. Now they're doing pretty much every platform (except WiiU, of course.), over two generations.
Still, it does suck when you have to dodge spoilers for up to a week because of having an Xbox. Luckily, I think the Quadruple is quite favoured in Telltale's upcoming deluge of release dates.

Did anyone play it yet? Aparantly Totalbiscuit actually had to sit down and take a breather after playing...and he is pretty stone cold when it comes to these.

TotalBiscuit actually stopped talking for a bit once in his life? Holy shit.

Can any of you guys drop a few clues in here about how Telltale's games play? She's been asking me but I have never played any of them. Lily is interested in this but she is really fussy about her vidya games. she likes Song of Ice and Fire and the the HBO show but if it's not a style of game she is into she would likely be wasting 30 dollars on it.

Telltale's modern games are basically adventure games without difficult/any puzzles. You talk to characters, picking what you wanna say, with your dialogue and choices colouring the storyline. There are some pretty simple quick-time events for stuff like combat and action scenes.

This game is on par with the Tv-show so it's worth a purchase. I think its the only game that is on par really.
