Unfortunate, because I honestly think the subtitle for this game would read, "L.A. Noire: The Loud Noises and Car Chase Chronicles."
DLC would include more trumpets in the soundtrack and a storyline where someone notices the insanely good sketches in Cole's notepad and suggests he goes to art school.

That one scene in one of the homicide cases in LA Noire. Basically what happens, you knock on the door, looking for witnesses and some guy in a hideous orc mask just opened door. Cole and Rusty's freak out reaction, along with the guy who sheepishly appologises, saying that he had kids in the apartment to entertain; was pure gold.
Also from that same case, if you get 5 stars, after Cole and Rusty walks out of the crime scene, Donnelly walks back and steals a crate of booze.
Wonderful.

The word is "Confiscates" Tillian. Confiscates a case of booze

Sounds better and more 'profressional'.

So how was that 'evidence' analyzed anyway?

For me, one of the funnier moments in gaming was when we meet Matriarch Aethyta in Eternity. I chose to rack 'em up on Conrad and her reaction made me laugh my ass off.
*slaps the bar* "HA! Kick him in the quad! ...Sorry. My father was a Krogan..."

It comes back to bite you later in the DLC, but my favourite moment of the Dead Money add-on for Fallout: NV was telling Dean Domino we were "bomb-married".

Playing Witcher 1 and The King of the Entire Land stops you from going to A) help his cursed daughter B) deal with a rebellion of nonhumans & C) finishing your revenge upon the people that killed your friends to play poker dice???!!!!!

Definitely a WTF moment Clint. I had absolutely no intention of spoiling the surprise there. Did you win?

Yeah. I'm a poker legend now. 2nd favorite moment. The Lady of the Lake Holy Grail thing. Which I think they only wrote in to make fun of "The Da Vinci Code"! Bronze Dan... LOL

Oh they were satirizing the whole King Arthur thing too. The Witcher 2 has a pretty cool shot at the Lord of the Rings and there was more than one shot at classical fantasy in the one you are playing now. Thge Witcher 2 also has a couple of cool references to Polish myth.

Talking to Malik after you kill the first Jerusalem target in Assassin's Creed always cracks me up...
Altair: It is done. Talal is dead. *waves feather around* Malik: Oh, I know, I know... In fact, THE WHOLE CITY KNOWS!

The scene with the general in "Metal Gear Solid 2" near the end when you keep conversing with him and he starts getting... weird. It's been too long since I played it for me to quote anything directly, but some of those lines had me howling with laughter that night.

There's plenty of funny stuff in Alpha Protocol, but being able to e-mail Mina and sarcastically tell her your password is "M1LFLUV3R" made me crack up.
James Bond would be proud.
Also, Steven Heck's deranged laugh when you tell him you might have to shoot your way out of the hotel.
