I have no idea I'm afriad. The case doesn't ring any bells for me.
I suppose that story was quite cynical. The thing is, I'm a very cynical, grumpy sort of person most of the time. I guess it doesn't come through in my fanfic.

I expected that case is going to be difficult to figure it out unless you lived in the states and/or followed the crime scene or something. (I don't most of the time, since stories like this made me feel depress and pessimistic).
Alright, I'll give you a hint: Google "Dead Among Strangers"
I'm surprised though. I didn't expected you to be grumpy and cynical sort of a person... but then again your fan fiction didn't show through.

Just been reading about this 'Princess Doe' thing. Very grim stuff, and I see now what yor story is based on.
Ah, no cookie for me again. One day.

Yeah it's grim indeed, it's my strange luck I've stumbled upon it during my research last year, even writing about this story does get me down in the dumps sometimes...
Bah humbug! I'm supposed to be a happy-go-lucky, chaotic neutral airhead like most game designers today. Not an emo, whiny little bitch like Bella. I think I'll write this story slowly instead... it's a bit poisonous at times. I do enjoy writing it... but only on a good day.
One thing I've learn about when I read through all your stories, both from Rascarin and Buch, is that we have all different interpretations of life. I can see they both reflect on your view through your writing. They are both very cynical at times. Not saying it's a bad thing but it's something to ponder about for... I guess that's just me being an observer with people for many years.
And yeah, sorry Mr. Buch, no cookie for you this time. Maybe the next time when I able to pull something shite out of my head...

Oh cool - you did an Abridged Jade Empire too. I'll be reading that when I can.
But a warning - fanfiction.net doesn't allow stories in script form. So beware, the admins there will delete your stories if they notice them.
I lost three parody scripts like this last year. So keep backup copies!

Yeah, it's a crying shame that happened, I just hate their scripting rules on ff.net. Seems to be wrong in so many ways. also for some reason I prefer script fics at times, maybe I like something simplistic and punchy at the same time in narratives. Btw, bad news for you Mr. Buch, I've posted Mock Effect onto this website along with many others. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/FanficRecs/MassEffect There's a reason my pen name used to be "Evil Nerjuna". There will be more to come from me when I get the chance... Edit: Before I go, my synopsis for Mock Effect sucks. Maybe you want me to have that synopsis re-written before I'll go into the pit of flames with the bureaucratic uni tape.

Thanks Tillian! You recommended my 'New Friends' story as well. I'm quite touched - I was proud of that one.
The summary is great. I like it. Cheers.

Cheers, I was worried for a second that I've kinda offended you with my weak attempt at writting the synopsis due to the fact I can't find the original synopsis you did. and yes, I've enjoyed New Friends. It's one of my favourite stoires I like to read on a rainy day. It deserves to be up there on the list.

Daigowedd, for your age at the time, it looks good so far. It's not as lulzy bad as you think.
I'm typing mine up to show everyone the meaning "It's so bad... it's f**king horrible!" fiction. I found a particularly old cracked gem that was written when I was in year 11, I had to to do a SAC test in English with this essay. i'm typing mine up in word so everyone can point and laugh at me.
Btw, I've read your poems on your profile recently Mr. Bach. I have to say.... that's very insightful.
Seriously I do enjoy reading them though... as a poetry pieces.

Thanks Tillian. I got all inspired and fancied giving the old poetry a try.
I must say when I was 14 my writing was godawful. At 18 or thereabouts I wrote a novel-length Red Dwarf fanfic - and it's dreadful. An old friend still owns a copy and everytime I see it in his house I want to burn the thing.

Well, if you think your Red Dwarf fan fiction is that bad, your friend wouldn't keep it by now. It's not as bad as you may think it is. Also here's my craptastic one shot piece that I've created a carnage in Year 11 back in school for my test, so here it is. www.fictionpress.com/s/2681512/1/The_Monster_in_the_PianoRun for your lives! Tillian's renegade twin is in the house. Her bad writing is going to end the world as we know it. (Or at least giving you bad migraines.)
