Have you read Weekes' fantasy/comedy novels? He's written 3 and they are quite funny.

Well that explains why the facial animations are nosediving into uncanny valley. Reliance on the scanner, outsourcing to some Romanian branch for the human facial animations and turning down in-house art staff members, instead ordering them to focus on the armour and ships. Just another day at a Triple-A gaming development I guess?

Actually, some guy on YouTube told me the animations are this way because BioWare went down the SJW rabbit hole. It's also why the female characters were not designed hot enough for me.

Romanian facial animators? No wonder the character models don't look out of place in a B rate horror flick. I am beginning to wonder also just how poorly their animators are being treated to be turning out work like this. Seriously, I don't think that this was the best they could do. They just didn't give a shit after working 20 hour days 6 days a week.

Funny enough, normally developers tend to be tight lipped when it comes to closed doors of the development time, let alone pointing fingers and blaming out loud, due to wanting to keep their job and maintaining their resume clean.
Then BioWare art staff are very quick to point and blame on this mess. Even the author who did this video was taken back by disclosure from them when he asked around.
Things must be desperate if they are willingly to throw someone under the bus, despite it will risk their career.

Using Eastern Europeans makes it easier for them to be that way as they are even less likely to complain. Based on the timeline of how they were dribbling info out it looks a lot like they went from Alpha to gold in barely more than a year and a half. That's too fast for something like this. There were a lot of mandatory all nighters involved in turning this out. I think these facial animations are the sheer hatred of the employer coming out in the work.

Well, I can see that happening, considering that they were forced to do double time, miss dinners with families and quality time on the weekend, I'd say it's only why they make a middle finger out without getting into too much trouble.
I can't imagine the break ups, divorces and affairs happening during around that time.
And people complained why it's hard to get good talent into the AAA industry... well that's the explanation you need.

Never change EA! In these uncertain times we need a constant bad guy/strawman.

Do Jaal, at least his romance you get to see some naughty bits. You weren't kidding. I finished the romance last night and very little is left to the imagination *shudders* Got lucky with my Multiplayer RNG-sus and got a krogan merc as a character. Yaaaay! Lv 6 now, killin' dudes. Yeah, I've only played two matches, but I got lucky with my packs and already have a turian and a salarian character, Took me weeks in ME3 to get a salarian engineer. Have you read Weekes' fantasy/comedy novels? He's written 3 and they are quite funny. I haven't, but I've heard pretty good things about them. Dudes probably in the top echelons of BioWare writers and I'm very excited to see where DA goes under him.

Well at the end of the main story, humanity does end up with access to a facility that can create life . I think it's obvious the writers were setting up Mass Effect: Andromeda 2: Jurassic Galaxy.

Despite the bad rap that ME: A has it at the moment, I hope they keep going with this setting, I'm curious to see where this wild train is going.

Man, if only they had cast Finn Jones as the Tempest's doctor instead of Natalie Dormer. Then he could've gone on a tear against journalists after all the shitty reviews, and kept insisting Andromeda is "only for the fans".
