what did you think of the extended cut? ? which extended cut ending was the best? I liked the renagade extended cut the most with synthesis and paragon behind that... the ending really offered closure.

Did the extended cut really change all that much for Paragon or Renegade? I mean aside from the quarian pic?
I really liked having the extended cuts because it gave us an idea what happened to our friends. My favorite was the Control ending because I liked the idea that Shepard would forever watch over them (Though how he got someone to listen to his explanation of "we're friends now" would be interesting)

It was a nice gesture. They received a lot of criticism for that ending, and instead of ignoring it and hiding behind artistic integrity (like they were very close to doing), they got everyone together and hammered out something that I think carried a lot more weight.
I buy into Patrick Weekes's story about how the main writing crew was largely benched for that Catalyst ending. I don't know what Hudson's reasons were for doing something so silly at the finish line, but whatever. I liked how it filled some of the more glaring plotholes, and how the game ended on a brighter note. I especially liked how they changed that stupid DLC advertisement at the end of the credits.
Yeah, it's not perfect, but it's leagues better than the other thing.

I still get mad when I hear the words "Artistic integrity", "Entitled" or see Colin Moriarty in Fallout.
10/10

The original ending was bad for two reasons - it was restrictive and it was unclear and hard to understand. The Extended Cut fixed the latter very nicely indeed, mostly ignored the former. Now the ending is 'pretty good'.

You know what my least favourite part is? The fact that the Extended Cut ALWAYS seems to factor-in that picture of Jacob standing behind a desk, presumably giving a sales lecture on solar panels, in some kind of office. (And wearing his Cerberus uniform which frankly seems like an odd choice in the wake of a galactic war against Cerberus.)
YOU SAVED THE UNIVERSE! Now that one guy from the middle act is free to deliver speeches in offices! yayyy

'Congratuations, your death has paved the way for that guy who dumped you to make money in motivational speaking and pay for the baby he is having with the woman who is not you.'
Also I never noticed it was Hawke!

Also he was going to call the baby AFTER HIS EX. or his new girlfriend wanted to...whatever.
Also MaleHawke is the Sniper guy from the trailer and he is in London.
