I know it's bad to get hyped up over a cinematic, but I think this is looking pretty good so far!
Then again, it's published by Bethesda, so who can say how it'll turn out? xD

Why does the protagonist look so much like John Marston?

Why does the protagonist look so much like John Marston? I don't see the resemblance. :3

Looks interesting. I kinda like the whole steampunk motif. We shall see. I predict it will be an overambitious bug ridden mess and barely playable though.

It's Bethesda, having big open worlds with bugs and glitches is just like having good writing in Bioware gamea and addictive gameplay from Blizzard....or birds flying for that matter.

Also, it's only Bethesda published, isn't it? We could have another Brink on our hands...

This is actually a good time to remind everyone about Bethesda and games not having "Fallout" or "The Elder Scrolls" in the title really.
I cannot think of another game they published that was even halfway to being decent.

And really, the only good game Bethesda has published that they themselves didn't make was Fallout: New Vegas. Looking down the list, that's literally the only good one. They have a few games coming up that show some promise. Dishonored being one of them, Prey 2 being another. The creator of Resident Evil is making a survival horror game with his new studio, and they have a publishing deal with Bethesda. So they might be getting better about this. Maybe. But speaking of Dishonored, here's an interesting article on the open-ended approach to the game they're taking. I didn't know the lead designer of Deus Ex was working on this. =O www.dsogaming.com/news/dishonored-will-have-different-endings-players-will-be-able-to-either-kill-or-spare-their-victims/
