Ooh, I can't wait to see The Avengers... so excited! I do think Tom Hiddleston does an amazing job as Loki - he's just so... sinister! But in a not quite evil kind of way... I mean, in the Thor movie, I felt bad for him... Odin was his father by love, even if not by blood, and all he wanted was for his father to approve... I can sympathize with that. Until he threatened Natalie Portman's character, that is... I mean, you just don't threaten the hero's girlfriend, that's a one-way ticket to getting your arse handed to you!
Also loved this exchange from Thor: Jane: What happened? Thor: He's fine! We drank, we fought - he made his ancestors proud! Jane: Put him on the bed. Selvig: [drunkenly, to Thor] Oh, I still don't think you're the god of thunder. But you ought to be!
Sorry for going off-topic - but dear gods, I can't wait to see The Avegners!

How could anyone hate Jurassic Park!
It's not exactly my kind of film, but it's very good. Very charming. Amazing music.

The kids are annoying, I'll grant that. But special effects, come onnnn.
Also the last time I saw them, the effects looked great in that movie! Gorvar these people are imbeciles and I think you should attack them.

I love the animatronics man, espcially the T-Rex. But i'm living with them.... It's going to be like Saw again, except there is no Jigsaw or deadly traps.

I'm confused(again) or maybe Gorvar is the one who is confused. He hates a movie filled with dinosaurs. But he loves dinosaurs...
Nevertheless I approve. I was never a fan of that movie myself.

I saw The Raven yesterday with my best friend. It was a good movie, John Cusack is a surprisingly good actor; Edgar Allan Poe as a character in that movie was a complete arsehole for most of the movie, but he gets taken down a few notches and one starts to feel sorry for him. I will say, though, I was rather surprised to find myself turning my face away at certain scenes as they were too gory to watch... but, normally, I have no problem with gore in movies... what is wrong with me?? I never get that grossed out by movie blood and guts!
Good movie though... also re-watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo last night after I got home from seeing The Raven... now, that one I know full well why I had to turn my face from the screen at certain scenes - the vile scene where Bjurman does the awful thing to Lisbeth was beyond depraved. *shudders* Ick. And the poor poor cat... *weeps*

Why not surprised, Gorvar? Am I that easy to interpret? ;D The appeal for The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo lies in the fact that I absolutely love stories with convoluted mysteries... and that movie has some awesome actors. Like Daniel Craig, Stellan Skarsgård, Christopher Plummer, Goran Viðnjiã... etc.
Also, I saw Inception when it was in theaters here - that was an awesome movie as well...
