Some of my great aunts and uncles kept up a family tree and I took some of the names and did searches through ancestry tracing sites. I also know my family (American Indian nations aside) didn't arrive over here until the end of the 19th/beginning of the 20th centuries.

... you buy Blue Curacao, Bacardi Silver, Stoli, and blue raspberry lemonade with the intent of mixing them for your drinks for the night...
If you know what that mix makes, the you'll know why I call it a nerd thing.

I knew that.
I had a blue shot that tasted like listerine a few years ago called a Terminator, but this is not the same stuff.

Next hint... look at how I phrase this. It'll give you a clue where the nerd aspect comes in,,,
It is illogical to plan on going anywhere for the rest of the night, should one partake in this beverage...

... you debate the merits of a Constitution-class cruiser versus a Miranda-class destroyer versus a Bird of Prey versus a K't'inga-class battlecruiser....
Also... when you follow the philosophy of "preparing for zombies is well and good, but if you can prepare for Skynet, you'll survive anything".

Funny stuff is, a Skynet thing is probably more plausible to happen then Zombies.

Agreed. On the AI side, you've got Deep Blue and Watson. On the physcial side you've got the UAVs and several companies are working on making "exoskeletons" that will dramatically increase a soldier's strength.

...you find the concept of a human/vulcan team playing "good cop/bad cop" to be fucking hilarious.
