I did like Caprica, although it really had nothing to do with BG at all really. I liked this show right up until the religon kept hammering on my skull. I didn't even mind the politis and show of this series, but the religious sects and shit....goddamn...

I liked the politics and I loved Adama's character. I also thought Starbuck's character arc was brilliant... up to a certain point. Then the metaphysical stuff started and I didn't have the room in my brain to keep it all straight for any extended period of time.

Adama is the man, and he was brilliantly portrayed by E.J.A. The part where Starbuck admitted to breaking the rules to allow Zak Adama to fly Vipers, and that look of absolute rage that the admiral took on as she told him... god, that was intimidating even to me! xD

Edward James olmos made me watch this show. Seriously if i had to pick between him or Captain Picard, i would follow Adama into hell and back. HE's just THAT damn awesome...almost like the Sisko ;D
Also he was the only actor i knew and he was in Miami Vice, and despite the moustache he was still a friggin' bad ass.

Liked Adama, but for every scene he was in I had to deal with that whiny twerp Baltar for 3 scenes, and that guy was awful. The smartest guy in the room and he's whining to a hallucination 98% of the time.

Helfer. And while she's cute, the asian one (Grace park, but not sure if that's the actress or character) was always cuter in my opinion. Starbuck didn't appeal either.

Actress. I think the idea with Starbuck was she was a no-nonesense fighter ilot ike MAverick from Topgun, only she's a chick...and it's in space.

I really liked Starbuck until the crap she pulled with Apollo on New Caprica. I'll never understand why that happened. -.-

I just wanted to point out that I fancied absolutely all of the women on that show. Mainly Starbuck.

Yeah, so I'm alternating between watching Breaking Bad:
(I know it wouldn't make very good drama, but I'd gladly watch a show that's just Walter White/Heisenberg going around and being as awesome as he is in this scene.)
And Batman:
(Tim Drake wouldn't have fallen for the old killer bee-tripware ruse. It's impossible to hate this show, though! It's totally charming in how hard it tries. (I'm convinced they were deliberately trying to make it as corny as possible.))
I probably like them both equally. They both serve as great palate cleansers to each other, in fact!

I've been watching Man vs. Wild and Survivorman back to back after playing Skyrim. It's rather amusing to imagine Bear and Les try to break it even in the worst spots of Tamriel.

I've been watching Ricky Gervais' new show Life's Too Short, starring Warwick Davies as David Brent himself.
It's... just okay, sadly, but there was one scene in episode 1 that I thought was brilliant.
