I actually got a smite recently in the karma category after I addressed one of Gorvar's jokes about feminism. Looking back on the post, I didn't want to chastise Gorvar since he was new, and instead warned him that it wasn't a good thing to do on this forum. But I unintentionally ended up drawing a negative connotation toward women and feminists and general because I wasn't exactly condemning Gorvar's post, since misogyny and chauvinistic humor is generally reprehensible and with good reason. So I guess I can say the negative karma towards me was somewhat justified in some way.
Ugh, geez... the worst part of that game were the bugs. I remember playing an Allied Nations contract where the objective was to capture a Venezuelan (or was it Chinese, can't remember) outpost. The idiotic peacekeepers just basically into the side of a building and stopped there, ending the mission prematurely through a scripting glitch.

I think we haven't summoned the biggest threat known to gamers yet? Oh yes...THAT bitch.

Poor old Navi was annoying as hell.
I remember playing Spider-Man: Web of Shadows a few years ago and I'd like to add Wolverine to that list. Not only did he attack me several times despite the description 'ally character', he also beat me up because I didn't know enough Marvel trivia to pass a quiz.

Cesare Borgia from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood I don't know what it is about him. He's initially presented as a legitimate threat to Ezio and the Assassins, what with the villa attack and freaking Machiavelli spending the entire second sequence hyping him up as essentially the 16th Century version of Darth Vader. But then Ezio gets the Roman franchise of the Hashhashin up and running and manages to erode his support with what's really about three days of work. Then Cesare spends the last third of the game throwing temper tantrums and getting arrested for doing his own sister before Ezio shows up and takes him down. Without the brotherhood he spend the game cultivating. Or any of the cool gadgets Leonardo built for him. They basically have a sword fight, implying Ezio could have just walked in and killed him at the start of the game. He's also the least challenging fight out of the three Assassin's Creed Big Bads, even though he's the only one of them who was less than 40 years old and has an army on his side. Ezio needs a better villain for his last game. Someone more like Al Mualim.

Adding another one from DA2. Merril of all people. Yes, I know she's a dalish wallflower but man, there's a big difference between naive and stupidity. Boy, she does a lot of things that get her into trouble... like ruining my plans to trick the guards when blurt out there's no fire... hence I had to engage into another fucking combat. And of course, her understanding with blood magic and reasoning. There are some blood magic people that made me want to sympthise but her... that's absolutely insane.
I know they have tried to make an elven version of Tali, it's not working in my case. Maybe because I've already don't get it with Tali in the first place, but at least Tali seemed to be more colourful, with her snarking, knowledge of techs and her ongoing patriotism with the Flotilla. Merril is just that one woobish character whose sole reason to exist in the game is to make players feel sorry for her and a misguided to characterise a blood mage that isn't necessary evil or anything like that.

Glad I was not the only one who thought Merril was an idiot. Isabella isn't a good alternative as well, especially the STD.
And Fenris and Anders aren't my options too. Even if I'm a yaoi fangirl, I still won't romance them. Unfortunately, that goes double for me since I'm not a yaoi fan.

I'd challenge the fact Fenris and Anders even qualify as men anyway...

If your man Cards are questionable to the point even some non-human like Garrus beats you (and a character is quite sumissive with femshep), then you got a problem.

Even I agree about Merril qualifying for this list.
Also I would like to say that Fenris reminds me of Peter Pan.

Fenris reminds me of the emo bitch Squal Leonheart from FF8. God, i hate that game...the story doesn't make any snese! and oh, thanks game for me not being able to use magoc in fear of losing my stats!

Fenris reminds me of the emo bitch Squal Leonheart from FF8. Or, you know, any male Final Fantasy character... ever. If you look closely, you'll also notice Fenris wears tights. Now there's a real man! Why can't there be a manly male romance option in one of these games? Someone like Ezio Auditore...
