And who can forget Diana Allers?
I wish I could.

Apparently she can be romanced. (AKA necking followed by a black screen)

Oh yes... Diana. Hate her. And like Anders, she tries to hit on my Shepard when clearly she's dating Garrus. Without my consent.
Fortunately I can turn it down without any repercussions.
Also hate Kai Leng too. He's such a pansy assassin. Even Thane of all people took the piss out of him.
Now that's bad.

Can I add Councillor Udina to the mix? He was just a mostly harmless idiot in ME 1 and 2 but now...obnoxious and stupid are only 2 of the adjectives that can be applied to that wanker.

He's so flat as well. I mean he was a asshole in the previous games but a goddamn traitor to? I mean that's just lazy writing...hell if anything iexpected it to be the Asari because she;s TIM's lover.

OK, I hate Udina and the lazy uninspired writing that made him a flat predictable character. A better twist would have been Ashley/Kaiden being the Cerberus mole. And Udina doing something useful to stop it...for once.

Actually, it seemed to be like a good twist that Udina appeared to have dropped some of his obnoxiousness in the beginning of the game. It was disappointing that the turned out to be the irredeemable douchebag.

Maybe, but that is artistic integrity I could stand behind. Hell, TIM had years to get his claws into people while Shepard was on that slab between ME 1 and ME 2. It just would be a great twist to have the one who was questioning your ties with Cerberus being a mole that entire time. A few hints could be dropped here and there. It would have been great. But no, we get the obviously evil chancellor trope that we have seen over and over since the dawn of time

To out of the blue really. I stay behind my Asari Counciler being the mole though. would explain why she didnt say shit bout Thessia until her replacement tells you.

I like the way Udina was written in ME3, actually. We never find out why he was with Cerberus, but I don't think we have to have it confirmed. Considering that he spent his career ruthlessly fighting aliens for humanity, I can easily see him siding with Cerberus after Earth is attacked. It made sense to me.
And as someone said above, I liked that he seemed to have turned over a new leaf at the start of the game.

"I am the last Jedi, not you!" It literally says Jedi Consular underneath my name.
