So I hear I read about him. I wonder if he's as annoying on *that* questline as he is during the classic 'ask that guy to fix my wheel' shenanigans.

Why don't you sit yer sweet ass down while I tell you about the most loathsome character in Mass Effect? Harkin is like the Roy Earle of Mass Effect, if you took away Earle's ability to not run away from a fight, his expensive car and suit, and anything even vaguely resembling charm. And his hair. Seriously though, I know he's a minor character, but how has he made it through two games alive? Especially when one of those had Shepard and Garrus actively hunting him down?

Glow, I think you need to stop complaining about characters that were intentionally despicable.

How'd you like his cameo in Mock Effect?

Irileth, the Dark Elf Housecarl to Jarl Balgruuf of Whiterun gets my nomination. I get that she's supposed to be the guy's bodyguard but she's such a paranoid bitch, it's not funny.

Reminds me of my wife! No, seriously, I married the Dunmer lady from the Drunken Huntsman. They are very similar characters.

"They might be spies, Balgruuf! They might be WORKING for the SITH!!!"
Calm DOWN, Ireleth.

It's still early in the game for me to be getting married, but right now Aela is the top-runner for me.

I never thought I'd say this...
The Starchild brat.
Not only he's doing some cheap emotional baiting, but he's also the catalyst to making everything gone to shit in the last few minutes of ME3. And also cheapens the horror elements of the Reapers in the process.
Did I mention that kids don't act like that in the prologue section? Rea life kids. First complaint, how did the kid knows about the dying concept? Most parents would usually try to keep their kids away from anything that is unfriendly for their age, including death. Even then, they had to minced a few words when they are forced to talk about that topic.
Secondly, a smart kid would scream for help and accept it immediately in times like that, rather than run away. Especially from someone like Commander Shepard.
And I'm the type of person who is really ok with kids and I have a nephew that I enjoy hanging out whenever I'm at my brother's place. And I've befriended kids a few times. That says something...

In light of the release by dr Muzyaka (sp?) of Bioware I am just going to run with bad writing.
There was nothing in his post suggesting that the game as is was anything but what it appears to be.

The Indoctrination Theory is bad. It makes one or two good points but makes-up the rest and twists evidence to fit.
But I think Kai Leng was obnoxious as hell. Why on Earth is there a character in Mass Effect who fights with a freaking sword.
