After death, this virus is able to restart the heart of it’s victim for up to two hours after the initial demise of the person where the individual behaves in extremely violent ways from what is believe to be a combination of brain damage and a chemical released into blood during “resurrection.”
What?
Just... what?! Is this serious? That sounds exactly like the radio announcements in 'Night of the Living Dead'.
This latest development sounds horrible. I hope this health scare is not as serious as the BBC news makes out, like all the others weren't. I'm not worried yet. But - reanimation? What?

Yes Remanimation has already happened to several people that died from this.
May the Force be with us in these dark times.

This reanimation thing is very hard for me to get my head around. I was really shocked when I wrote that last post.

Things are looking grim indeed. Over here in Melbourne, they started to join a race to find a vaccine or/and a cure to the swine flu.
May the singularity be with us.

I only live about half an hour away from one of the swine flu "hot-spots". As far as I know, the local strain hasn't mutated like it has in London... but damn, this is weird.
Feels like "28 Days Later".

Better stock up on food and get a shotgun and a gasmask!

That's bad indeed. Especially that was like half an hour away from the hot spot.
And I thought stories like 28 days later would be only fiction... but it's seem it turning itself into a reality... this is no good. Call me a wimp but when I've watch 28 weeks later, I had to cover my eyes when the gory bits come in back when I was watching with my mates in the cinema. So yeah, comparing 28 days and 28 weeks to the swine flu just... didn't sit me well for some reason.
Well, there's always the pub you can hide there till the epidemic dies down...

My dad has a .22 rifle and about 200 shots for it, and we live in a pretty remote area, so if things do start to take a turn up here we might be alright. Luckily we've got a load of food storage, hopefully enough to ride out the crisis.

Is it .22 lr? anyway, if a hoard of zombies were running towards your house you'd panic Get an 12g pump action shotgun.

Pump Action = Illegal in Britain.
Besides, I'm a pretty mean shot with a rifle. No idea what type it is though.
Also, because I can't bear it anymore, I have to confess that the website above was a hoax. I disguised the URL to make it more convincing...

Lol Rascarin. I looked up this article when I read it and found places that said it was false, I just decided to go along with it. I sent this article to some of my relatives for the lulz.
However we never know when a zombie virus is going to come, so thats why it's always good to have a Zombie plan.
