I'd love to see that N7 on the outside where the Cerberus logo is now, right next to whatever insignia is used for the Spectres. N7 will get first billing though, it's practically part of Shepard's trademark. Even Conrad Verner knows that.

Ooooh. Pretty pictures, I so can't wait for ME3...
Two things I'm concerned though, as Buch said before, I hope it's not Cerberus. However, I don't see a Cerberus Logo so all hope is still there.
Secondly, a new Normandy? While the interior design looked all dazzling and stuff, I really hope they don't blow up the Normandy again. I don't think Shepard is going to die again, that's just ridiculous. However the reason why I hate to see it blow up is mainly due to the fact that I like EDI and if the Normandy blows up, EDI dies too. Unless there's an advance way to upload her personally software or maintaining her blue box machine during the "accident", she's a goner. Even they got the same equipment, software and personality coding, it will be a different AI since booting up the blue box is like giving birth to a sentient being. You know that you can't predict how a baby would become when it grows up, let alone a newly awakened AI.
Other than that, I'm quite intrigue with these concept art works. And I'm really curious at that new alien creature.

Well, isn't it possible at the end of ME2 for Shepherd to die and the whole Normandy to be asploded? Even if you do make it back, the ship is pretty borked. I'm happy to have a new one.

You can't import any save that has Shep dead. So Shep is in the new game regardless. Good point on the Normandy. I always assumed it could be repaired, but it is in pretty rough shape. Probably needs a new ship rather than wait for the N2 to be fixed.
Looks bigger. Looks like a...cruiser.

But will Shepard still have an aquarium so s/he can keep fish with a propensity to float at the top?
Wait! What about the space hamster?!

I'm pretty sure it took a few hits during the endgame, no matter what. Am I right? In any case, I am glad there's going to be a new Normandy. It seems 'right' after they did the same thing in ME2. But they'll have to work damn hard to find a plausible excuse for someone building an all-new Normandy! Maybe this time the Council or the Alliance have finally welcomed Shep back to the fold and built her a new, non-terrorist ship as an apology! In any case, the Commander is going to get a reputation for wrecking ships under her command. But will Shepard still have an aquarium so s/he can keep fish with a propensity to float at the top? lol!

In any case, the Commander is going to get a reputation for wrecking ships under her command. I like to see them lampshading that fact to him/her in the next game. EDIT: I some bad news about those 'concept artworks'. Apparently, it's just fan-art made by someone who had to do a final year project. Looks impressive for someone doing their assignment. Still, I wish it was the real thing... =/ io9.com/#!5778671/check-out-the-normandy-3-in-possible-mass-effect-3-concept-art/gallery/1

Minor news, but Tricia Heifer said on her twitter "Just finished my first voice session for EDI in #MassEffect3. Fun!"
So EDI is back in ME3 for sure. Empathsis on "first recording session." EDI ain't going to be blown up like her older (dead) sister, SR-1 Normandy... at the beginning at least.

I'm all for keeping the Normandy II, but I never really warmed up to EDI (can you even warm up to the generic calm robot voice?), I think it's because of how much BioWare made her hold your hand on every mission.

Yeah, at least she's much more pleasant to listen than Navi from Zelda:OoT. God, she's fricken annoying.
"Hey! Hey! Listen" Ugh!
Anyways, it's a safe bet the Normandy SR-2 is not blown up, I guess they going to retro fit her instead.

Ten bucks says they go the Halo/Cortana route with her in the next game.

EDI's hand-holding was kind of annoying, but I liked the character a lot - even though I found it very hard to believe Cerberus would allow an A.I. onboard.
I feel like the character has a lot of development ahead of her - she's 'unfinished' you know, so I'm glad to hear this.
