Looks like theres a sequel to the latest batman game in development.
I really enjoyed the first Arkham. The gameplay was quite innovative and it took me much longer than usual to get bored of the game. I also bought the game expecting not much more story than "beat up Joker" so I was pleasantly suprised on that front.
The only possible improvement I can think of for the sequel is to add more characters. Just from the trailer and a few loose threads at the end of Arkham Asylum 1, it looks like Two-Face, Black Mask, Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Bane, Ra's Al Ghul and Harley Quinn are showing up in the sequel.

Another Arkham Asylum? I'd like it if they implemented a fresh story. Perhaps from The Dark Knight Returns or Shadow of the Bat.
Needless to say, I was expecting the original to suck like every other Batman game in the past, and was quite pleasantly surprised to see that it was awesome. So I'm excited for this.

I still haven't gotten around toplaying the first... but judging by the content of my Xbox hard drive, someone either bought it me for Christmas and tested it heavily, or they have been hiding it from me...

I can't believe Mark Hamill--professional voice actor and Luke Skywalker--lost to fucking Jack Black for Best Voice Actor at the VGA's. I know the whole thing is pretty much rigged, but I hate seeing the man not get the recognition he deserves. Out of everyone who's ever played the Joker, he's the best, hands down.

I don't know about hands-down. I think Ledger and Nicholson were both magnificent. Hell, so was Romero.
Hamill may well be my favourite though.... and I'm looking forward to his role in the game an awful lot.

Now that I think about it, it's very hard to compare them all, but Mark Hamill is my favorite, though. Ledger, Nicholson and Romero did fantastic interpretations, as well.
