Ok I checked different stores and they are all saying a different release date.
Gamestation says they can get me ME2 by January 10th. Amazon says I'm gonna have to wait until February 26th. Game don't seem to know. Play.com says its the 29th January. HMV says its March 31st.
Whats going on?

Chris Priestly on the Mass Effect 2 forums said, "Mass Effect 2 will be released on January 26 in North America and January 29 in Europe." So it looks like Play.com's the only one to get it right yet.

I read that Priestley quote too. I'll trust him on this.

I don't trust game designers or film producers on anything they say. Its like that time when I ordered Howls moving castle on pre-order and got a message from Amazon saying "Sorry we haven't sent you your copy of Howls moving castle but the product has been withdrawn and is currently awaiting a new release date." 3 months later I finally got my copy of Howls moving castle. Incidently from Australia.

Hmm... Well I don't either not because of the muddle up. Because I'm always antisipating for delays that usually happened with Developers in a bad sernario case or they decided to pull a Nintendo and try to polish up more to make better.
So yeah, I won't be surprised if ME2 got delayed due to development issues.
