Ahhhh! Metal Arms! God, the memories. I agree, the music was very good. 'You - are - a robot!' OMG. NOONE knows about metal arms! we're going to be friends now OK. Game time. im doing this instead of writing my fanfic. First, the best piece of music from one of the best Indie games ever made. if you havnt played it, its just a tenner on XBLA. GO FOR IT! Second, one of the best games from my childhood, no doubt thanks to this BITCHIN soundtrack. its so hard to pick one, so ive picked two. Thirdly, a game that has become something of a legend (and a HD remake is available march the 2nd on XBLA.) No part ion thanks to a brilliant soundtrack be legend French TV and movie composer Christophe Heral. here are my favs: and a play this piece when im in denerim in dragon age OK. next up (am i taking this too far? im really enjoying myself.) One of the best, (if not THE) soundtracks from the gamecubs life, i severly underated title on a severly underated system. the rbilliant thing about this game was that the developers gave each racer their own individual theme song. Something just so unessacry and expensive, BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAy. brilliant. Ok, next (yep, im still going.) talking of excellent soundtracks on games no one brought... moving on (almost finished. this is very important to me. im typing fast. making spelling mistakes but i dont care) While i said mega man x was one of the games from my childhood, the next game WAS my childhood. playing this on the snes with my big brother. great soundtrack: all the songs from all stars were perfectly remixed covers of the originals by Soyo "DJ Alice" Oka. she even went as far as introducing brand new tracks for parts of the game: right. almost done. last one. (for now hehe) ladies and gents, i present to thee... OMY I HAVE THE BRAINSSSSSS TO RULE LYLAT! all done. hope you liked my choices.

And I kind of ignored it until one day I had nothing to do and nothing to play, and I went through most of the campaign that day, then caled Ed over. And for that year we would play Metal Arms multiplayer every week. It really was actually a very good game, I thought.

Never thought that pokemon games could have music that sounded... charming.

You can't beat Red and Blue for Pokémon music, if you ask me! I actually have that poster, and the one from The Sacrifice, on my wall.

Who said you can beat the Pokemon soundtrack from the original Red and Blue edition? I think the whole fandom rejoice when the old main theme came back as the final battle song in Black and White.
Say what you will about the Final Fantasy series, but you have to admit they have a lovely soundtrack... Before Nobuo Uematsu left the series after FFXI. In the long shot, he broke my heart worse than Jack Wall. Why? Because Uematsu was the GUY who created familiar theme songs in each installments and he's been sticking around the FF series longer than Jack Wall in the ME series.
And of course... the famous you-just-got-pwnd victory tune
If BioWare is going to steal something from SquareEnix, it's their taste in picking songs for end game. Seriously, even the badly translated lyrics like this "Suteki da Ne" version still managed to fit the theme PERFECTLY into the game.

Beyond Good And Evil had a great soundtrack, which, fittingly, made no damn sense at all.
If you haven't tried the game itself, I'd recommend it. The HD remake is pretty cheap. Provided you didn't already get a copy in your Cheese Heads.

Gotta love the L.A. Noire soundtrack (when you aren't being deafened by trumpets)
THAT'S IT, I WILL GET A REDEMPTION FOR HERSCHEL BIGGS! A L.A. NOIRE REDEMPTION!

The song /radio listing in the manual made me weep for joy. Then I played the game and realize that I get to hear 1.1% of it.

This video makes some very fine choices. They picked out a lovely quote about the Duck Tales 'moon' theme, too. And while we're on warm, nostalgic feelings summed up by songs composed of beeps - this is my favourite. Always was. I knew a guy who could play this on piano, and he would, every time he got near a piano xD
