The title says it all, I think. What are you hoping they'll include, enhance or get rid of in the sequel? Characters, weapons, gameplay, anything. I just started a new game of Mass Effect, ready for the downloadable content, and I'm remembering things that struck me, which I'm hoping they fixed. For one thing, I hope there are no longer random bits of lettering and numbers stenciled onto all metal structures, including the sides of buildings. It just looks silly to me. Mark Meer's voice acting is another. Hopefully it will have been tweaked a bit. Also I'm hoping for more biotic and tech attacks than the small selection we have in the first game. Two things that strike me now - my Shepard's short curly hair is causing a glitch during combat - the back of her head flickers very slightly. And most of all - Ashley keeps stealing my cover positions. I'm really hoping I will be able to move my men around the field next time. Also - the return of Conrad Verner and refund man would be nice.

The main things I would want is better customisation options; hair, eyes, noses, also more interesting armours.
And a completely reworked MAKO that doesn't handle like a hamster ball.

Playing on insane difficulty with the Mako is shocking. I survived better when i hopped out of the death trap and shotgunned the armaments down. Either they do away with the Mako or make a better, bling wheeled fluffy dice headed, assault vehicle that can survive a little larva god damn it!
I've Also decided. i wish to woo Tali! Please let there be a Tali option!

There are quite a few things I'd like to see in this next installment: -Even though I'm sure I won't get this, I'd like to see Bioware crank out an RPG that doesn't just end. Oblivion and Fallout 3 are prime examples that you can still have great story, but still give players license to dick around in whatever way they please, for however long. -I remember when I was watching E3 footage for the FIRST Mass Effect, I was blown away by how many planets and locations there were in the galaxy map, and they really hyped up the possibility that you'd be able to visit every one of them. But, unfortunately, even though there seems to be a planet and moon for every sin in Las Vegas, only those few worlds connected to the main story line were even worth seeing. Seemed like a waste of space (pun) to me. I want to see Bioware give me a massive, free roaming space epic that always has something new to explore, and won't cost me $16 a month (The Old Republic, I'm glaring at you). Still seems like they're stuck in KotOR-land. -In every RPG, there are always those INSANE quests that you have to go on to get some INSANE item. The Biggoron Sword from Ocarina of Time comes to mind. Golden chocobos from Final Fantasy VII. That awesome plasma rifle from Fallout 3. The scarab gun from Halo 2. You know what I mean: those awesome and rewarding...rewards that only come about if you dedicate hours of your life to get. I never got that sense of "grinding" from Mass Effect. After you have enough credits and get your Spectre armor, you and all yer buddies are set for the rest of the game. I'd like to see some awesome, very long and challenging quests to get awesome armor, weapons, or items. They don't need to be like World of Warcraft in scope but...yeah, nevermind, I'd like them to be like those really long World of Warcraft quests in scope. -No more collecting starmaps Prothean beacons. -No more goddamn awkward-mobile MAKO. -No more Keepers/mineral quests. -No more loooong elevator rides. Loading screens, I can stand. -A greater variety of enemies. Killing different variations of geth soldiers and husks got old. -Moar Garrus -Moar Anderson -Let me kill Tali -Moar characterization for Joker. -Let me fly the Normandy! Yeah, I've thought about this for a while.

Hmm... Heard there will be no new game plus in ME2... so in other words, after you finish the game, can still explore and shit.
What I would like to see? Well more exploration in a meaningful way, no cut and paste Uncharted planets.
Let me explore the whole city of the Citadel and Omega. I want to be massive.
Would be nice if the game allows you to drink space booze... I mean come on, other RPGS allow you to drink and for Gods sake in NWN1 you can booze... so why no ME2?
Customise your armour appearance... yes I want that!
Some sort of Babber shop interface for me to alter the hairstyle and make up in the middle of the game
give some attention to Kaidan in the next game
Yes, more characterisation of Joker
Yes more customisation of the hairstyle.
Blasto... enough said.
More importantly... Seeing (my) Commander Shepard be able to survive the whole god damn thing.
That's it really. Otherwise my biggest main corncern about them is BioWare screwing up... which I do have enough faith they won't and the game will be great from the looks of it.

Double Post but now there's one certain thing I would really like to happen in ME2... Miranda Lawson as a romantic option for box sexes. Yes I'm DEAD fucking serious... after I've realised that she's going to be voiced acted by the Australian Actress Yvonne Stahovski and her 3D character modeling is based on her... you know what... I'm willing to replay Shepard without any romance in ME1 if she's have the option to hit on Lawson in the next game! Yes, now we're verging on the homosexual territory but who cares! As long it's full of awsomeness then it sits well with me And yes... she might pull a bullet through Shepard's when s/he let their 'guard' down... but meh. I'm will to play a Russian roulette on this! ;D if anyone doesn't know who is Miranda Lawson nor Yvonne here's a nice picture of her and the real life counterpart

Miranda also appears to have the coolest combat shouts ever, such as "feel my power!" I hope that garrus, liara and kaidan return to the squad, I want to have a squad member for each council race. I want to option to virmire grunt early in the game as well, I have a feeling I won't like him too much. Some stealth elements would be great, but i don't think theres much chance of that. Near the end of the game, a virmire style choice involving all the party members.
and the person in the picture is Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda's voice actress and the person they modeled her on. Miranda's a party member and probable love interest for ME2.

I'm sorry for the confusion about it Zars. As Mr. Glow said, she's a party member and a possible love interest in the sequel. On a detailed background about her, she's an informant that works inside the Cerberus organisation and has connections with the Alliance Military. She was first featured in Mass Effect Galaxy, where she helps out the protagonist (Jacob) with some useful information and connections that leads up to uncover a terrorist plot that was targeted in the heart of the Citadel government. So yeah, I've been looking into some info on her especially in regards to ME: Galaxy. Let's just say her mysterious persona and a possible Female Fatale characteristic thrown into the mix intrigued me. I'm sure she's a possible love interest for the Male Shepard but for the sake of variety and in my own personal taste... I like her to be a Bi-Sexual so my FemShepard can hook up with her. I know slim chance but still... it's a wishful thinking

Argh fussle raffle noobs I'm not listening! *Puts hands over eyes* Don't ruin the surprise of the game for me I've been keeping away from ME2 inside stuff for a good reason. i want to enjoy the game! Now I know theres an extra female human available I feel kind of ... upset. Oh well, least I didn't read the rest of what you guys were saying. I also have no idea in who this actress is. Never heard of her but as long as she does a good acting job I'm happy.

Don't worry, I've only talked about the other iPhone game, not the ME2 game...
Oh if you're feeling bold... I got some bad news for you... two female humans joining in actually.
Well there's one other wish for ME2 now, thanks to that reveal.
I wish that Subject Zero lay her bloody psychotic hands off my Shepard. The last thing I want is to have her to get into my Shepard's pants or whatever she's wearing at the time. >.<
Same goes to my Shepard too... I really hope she has better taste than that...

She is very pretty. And she's Australian? That would be very cool if she uses her accent in the game. It'd be nice to have Shepard romance someone who isn't North American!
