Well. I've known I've had it for a while. Years in fact but its been steadily getting worse. Wait wait let me explain first... Celiac Disease is not a real disease! I'm not dying! Its basically being intolerant to gluten, dairy, soya and pretty much anything else that isn't a peanut or an apple.
OK so yeah, steadily getting worse. I was one of the failure to flourish children. Under weight until my teen years when I got the reverse form of Celiac Disease where, instead of not being able to take in nutrients and starving to death my body weight gains and bloats. I've been really pissed off about my weight since the age of 15 and no matter what you do no matter how many hours you spend at the gym, no matter how many bad foods you avoid you gain weight. Fucking pisses me off!
So anyway, I managed to sort out my weight when i was 19 finally. It took a lot of gym work, hiking, mountain biking, kick boxing classes, dance classes, trampolining and horse riding a week followed by eating nothing but apples, I am seriously there. I ate apples for 6 months and the occasional lucosade before getting a better rhythm of fresh smoothies and sweet corn.
But then of course my Doctor being a moron as usual complains I'm going to end up killing myself and blah blah blah and I got phnemonia and almost died so maybe she was right about that one but still... I go on her version of a diet and I weight gain.
It really does piss me off. You're damned if you do or don't! So I have to keep away from bad Gluten and diary but they didn't mention until recently that SOYA is now on the hit list. Thats all I have left! Dear god I can't live on celery but I am getting the reaction to it as I've noticed a steady weight gain over the last 6 months and every time I feel sick its after eating food with soya. So now I'm going to have to stop eating soya and hopefully my weight will go down again because I'm sure as hell getting sick of working out like a horse, eating 900 calories a day and feeling like a house. But more so I'm really sick and tired of this damn Celiac disease. Why don't they find a fucking cure already!
You know what pisses me off that little bit more though? When you go to the Doctor say there is a problem and your weight going loopy again and they just say "have you tried eating less and exercising more?" OI! Don't make assumptions dooberry! This isn't my fault and I really don't need to hear your patronizing little voice! Fucking hate Doctors. Burn them all for witch craft already!
So yeah. Thats my rant about Celiac disease and how much I hate Doctors.
I finally know why I've been gaining this last sick months. Because of the fucking Soya they made me put in my diet this year! Bastards! Oh and quorn is not on my hit list as well. I'm pondering whetehr its worth it anymore. Maybe I should just give up and eat what i want and get obese and die early. I miss cheese cake so bad.... I still remember that last slice I had in 2004. Dear god it was good! It was blueberry!
Ok... I need to find a home for 8 bags of quorn a box of soya milk, two bags of soya mince and is Tofu soya because I have a couple of boxes of that two. Ok yeah... I'm gonna live on salmon and monk fish!
