Pfft. Jealous Mr. Buch? I don't see you the type that transforms into a Libby and start a massive bitch fight.  Anyways, I saw some of her pictures she drew, they are not bad either. I can't say she's the best writer especially her flagship fanfic "One Eye Open" but the only fanfic I've liked as I've said before is "Welcome to the Wards". And that because it's one of the few fanfics that concentrate around more with the plot itself than the romance. And it's also about video games and I'm a game designer, so it's a lovely enjoyment. But yeah I've didn't know she was that well hated... How did she get to that point? |

I think she managed it by systematically attacking anything that moves...
Anywho, I have to admit something. I've been randomly toying with a krogan romance story but I am highly frieghtened to let it loose on FF.net especially after my friend Austin said something along the lines of "Don't you dare write that piece of **** ********* *** I will **** ***** *** and ***** your **** if you even **** that **** **** laxatives and **** ****** wine in a ***** bowl of fermenting ****** ***** ***." Ok thats an exaggeration of what he said but the sentiment was there and his vocabularly is light years beyond mine which generally means I have to carry round a dictionary every time we have a chat.

Anyways, that's bad for her to go and attack anything that moves. Even Yahtzee has his own standards.
I suppose your friend has a point. writing a romance story about a krogan doesn't seem like a particular a good idea for your sanity...

Ah good ole Yahtzee. He has a very nice inbuilt dictionary hasn't he. My friend Austion talks a lot like him. They have the same sarcasm metre although sometimes Austin does cross the lines of society a little much. He refers to himself as villian and has a list of how that doesn't mean he's actually a bad man. Oh and he dislikes Mass Effect. Thats part of the reason I got an ear bashing a few months ago.
Well it isn't a romance romance story. Its really a drinking story of brutality, humour and raging hormones. I just really got into the idea of krogans having a weird idea of romance and fancied writing the weirdest love story ever. Dpon't know if I pulled that off but I have been laughing at some of the chat up lines.

You'd be surprised I guess everyone gets stupid sometimes and lets jealousy get the better of them. Like I say it's more of a funny rivalry for me than a real dislike. I too am surpised by how many fights she seems to have gotten into. This krogan romance isn't necessarily a bad idea! It's original, which is good. You could pull it off. |

I love Yahtzee! His stuff has got a bit stale of late, but some of his older reviews (where he actually talks about the game and doesn't go off on so many tangents) are freaking gold. Take his Assassins Creed review, for example. As I said, though, recently not so good. It's like he thinks of a load of snarky comments then tries to build a review around them...
