Just a brief not to let you all know that
I HAVE NOW BEATEN CASTLEVANIA 3 as well. And this is the one that's supposed to be the hard one.
I have not yet beaten the hard mode, but when I do you can expect another thread, direct mail, banners, parades.

What wonders will he accomplish next? Castlevania 5? Is there such a thing? If not will he MAKE ONE? WHO KNOWS
Dracula now literally pees himself at my approach. This time he had three forms. NOT ENOUGH DRACULA. NOT ENOUGH FORMS. NEXT TIME I HOPE YOU HAVE LIKE, AN ENTIRE GAME MADE OF FORMS

Well, I guess Dracula failed in his mission to bring evil to Europe and sustain it. It now falls up to the National League...

Interestingly, that's the only Castlevania game I have actually finished. Good show though. I did so with each of the 3 spirit partners too.

Buch, you nerd. Enough with this NES/SNES shit! Come back when you prove yourself to be a real man, worthy of Robert Carlyle's vocal cords!

That's right Cali, Europe is safe. I'm pretty sure the story said that Dracula had killed everyone in Europe, so we will have to repopulate, but that's not important. What is important is that ONCE again - this is the fifth time now - Dracula has been killed to death by me, this time via the medium of axes. I like the way Dracula never seems to actually do anything wrong or initiate the game, outside of the story for this one. He just rebuilds his castle after I demolished it last time, and then waits in his bedroom for me to invade the place, kill everyone I find and then smash the door down and hack him to pieces again. I feel like it would be a great twist if it turned out in one of these things that the Belmonts were the bad guy all along. Interestingly, that's the only Castlevania game I have actually finished. Good show though. I did so with each of the 3 spirit partners too. I have only done it with Alucard so far. Working on this! And apparently there is a hard mode if you continue after winning. All in good time, Dracula...... Good show to you too Lindas - there are a lot of moments where a lesser man would have ragequit.

Ehhhhhh I don't know. It seems very different to what I'd call Castlevania. I don't even like most of the maze-ones, never mind a 3D reboot with a strong story. Is it any good?
This will have to be the deciding factor - is Dracula in it?

Isn't the Devil voiced by Tom Wilkinson? Or somebody of his Royal British caliber?
