Only if it comes from you guuuurl. ;D ... Okay I take that back, that was to much. Also one of the few times Buch and Cali got me out of the loop.

"Once you beat the big badasses and clean out the moon base you're supposed to win, aren't you? Aren't you? Where's your fat reward and ticket home? What the hell is this? It's not supposed to end this way! It stinks like rotten meat, but looks like the lost Deimos base. Looks like you’re stuck on the shores of Hell. The only way out is through." NO, Cali. YOU ARE THE DEMONS.

Well I'm gearing up for Doom II Nightmare. This time, though, I won't be trying pistols and fists only. Instead, I'll refrain from using the BFG 9000 and the rocket launcher.

It's still a horrible idea, Iron. Doom II has Dark Souls levels of frustrating hardness, and the super shotty, chainsaw, and plasma rifle will only get you so far.

And a pistols and knuckles only playthrough of Thy Flesh Consumed on Nightmare isn't?

Admittedly, I've never played Thy Flesh Consumed. Only the first three episodes. So I wouldn't know it.
I do know, that a gat and mitts run of Knee Deep in the Dead, The Shores of Hell, and Inferno weren't exactly a joke.

*staggers out of a portal from the Stygian Abyss, armor ruined, covered in wounds in various states of healing, a haunted look in my eyes*
I did it... I fucking made it. If I ever recover, I'm bringing down the UAC.
(Note: I'm hamming it up here since the Doom Space Marine is deliberately unnamed so the player can assume the role rather than watching from afar according to id software. Seriously, though, I've had my fill of fighting through hell for a while.)

I love the Doom comic! I make a point of quoting is whenever I play the game. "You are huge! That means you have huge guts!"

Anyone else miss the 90-ties? Let's see... Power Rangers, Hercules, Xena, Batman The Animated Series, X-Men Animated Series, Spider-man Animated Series, The Animaniacs... the 90s had a lot going for it. Too bad most of the music sucked ass.

The late 80's and early-mid nineties was a really good time for alternative rock and hip hop in my opinion. Jane's Addiction, The Rollins Band, The Smiths, Nine Inch Nails, NWA, The Wu Tang Clan, etc.
The 90's was not a perfect decade, obviously (I think the Onion had an article called "TOP TEN 90'S NOSTALGIA MOMENTS" and outlined all the horrible things that happened then), but it did have a lot of good things going for it.
