www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-22413301All I have to say is: Not this shit again... except it ain't Germany this time. I've been keeping my ear to the ground to Hungary right for a bit now, and it wasn't looking very good then, with the pissed-off-non-jewish-white-male-centric Jobbik political (it's full translation: Jobbik Magyarországért Mozgalom, means For the Right Way of Hungary Movement). So yeah, these guys are essentially the National Socialist Worker's Party: Hungarian Flavored. Christ on a Bicycle, we've learned nothing from 30's and 40's, have we?

Wow. Okay, two things:
First: I also doubt, with the world technology / communication and knowledge of history we have today, that another holocaust of that nature could happen. I hope I am not simply being naively optimistic here.
Second: Gorvar, that picture is awesome! ;D

It's been nearly 30 years since the Berlin wall fell and lot of these Eastern European countries are still pretty messed up from having been behind the iron curtain all this time. Hungary was never really all that friendly to...well anything not mainstream to their culture.
These type of nationalist movements thrive in pisspots because they need an outside force to blame their misery on. If I find out they are starting to take over their neighbors and establish massive "social works programs" where their workers are drilling military style with shovels instead of rifles I will get pretty concerned but these idiots are confined to their own slice of hell right now.

Remember how shit got real in Kosovo in the 90s? That was over shit that occurred in the 1300s. They have VERY long memories in Eastern Europe.

As one woman who used to live in Hungary put it, "Hungarians don't like anybody, and they don't even get along with themselves." That said, hopefully there are enough sensible people in the country to put an end to this before it goes much further.

Another fun fact... Hungary was part of Austria prior to WWII. Think on that for a moment.

Incorrect. You're thinking of Austria-hungary and it was WWI By WWII times, Hungary was a thriving nation. It had it's own version of the SS though. Raoul Wallenberg was active there. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raoul_Wallenberg
