So I read Gorv's Batman fic and I got to thinking. That character I created for the Marvel Universe also has a DC counterpart (this is what happens when some artist friends of mine come to me with the idea of doing our own comic, but never deliver on the artwork. Not even pencil drawings).
Anyways, I'm thinking of bringing his story here, but telling it in the "patient interview" style of Arkham Asylum. Thoughts?

Dude, you're on a Mass Effect fanfic forum, have written Lovcraftian horror shorts, did a D&D-based fic using the forum members as characters, and are currently working on a fic that brings together D&D, Dr. Who, ME, Star Trek, Starcraft, and lord knows whatever else universe you want to bring into it. "Total nerd" is a foregone conclusion by this point. Not that it's a bad thing.

I blame Injustice and Bioshock Infinite and Justice League: Crisis on two worlds for the ideas...also SFdebris.
TBh I only like DLc mostly because of Batman, so im really willing to give your char a shot because of that.

My main bitch about DC is how all the heroes are practically Gods (aside from Batman, but he's rich as fuck).

They got a Gods of Olympus feel to 'em yeah. Its part of their charm that way, the Marvel heroes are more "relatible" since they got lower power levels and got more flaws.

I intend to introduce that with my char, though he's in the Batman verse which is more plausible than the rest of DC. That said, some things I wrote for him include: beating Nightwing in a fist fight, bringing down Bane, blackmailing Luthor, and even holding his own against Superman (red solar radiation was involved) at times. But if someone like Wonder Woman or Donna Troy showed up, he'd bail.

Which is what I'm working on. I'm also probably going to start from scratch as to his achievements since a lot of what I wrote for him was when I was much younger and didn't quite get that aspect of writing.
