Wasn't pointing fingers at anyone.
The is a pretty massive hatedom for him though...for some reason. Let's not forget, he was the biotic God too...

Meer, I would say, is absolutely fine. I don't think he's good in the role, but he's not bad either. It's just that he chose to play it very flat, which I don't care for, and the other actor reading the same lines is uncommonly good (as Shepard). Hale has given her share of bad performances in other games, I think. But her Shepard is just perfect. She's generic enough to allow some role-playing and yet manages to play that blandness off as a character trait - like Jodie Foster or someone like that, she suggests a taciturn character with a lot going on under the surface. And Meer often just sounds bored. To me, at least. And in comparison.
And I think it's a slight disservice to the character to call her 'Amazon', by the way! Hale plays Shepard as a calm, thoughtful and confident military officer, who happens to be female. She's not notably aggressive or angry, in fact in many paragon options she comes across as sensitive and idealist. I don't know if I'm just misreading and I know I'm making a paragraph about nothing - but I certainly wouldn't say 'Amazon'.

So is this DLC worth getting? I heard a lot of good things about it so far and I feel like getting it just for the squad feels. That is after the price drops.

Bad ass soldier lady, that okay? I always play my shepards renegade a little. It's m inner John McClane, i gotta go Yipie ka ya ye sometimes. Speaking off...anyone think i should re-do the space cowboy story again I did like two ears ago and then dropped it?

So I just finished playing the story part of the DLC. I'm right at the point where I get characters involved, but...
Well, I think this is the best ME3 DLC ever.
It's wild. It's over the top. It's a lot of fun. And overall, it's just really awesome. I don't feel that it fits in with the rest of the game, but for what it is I love it. Seriously, everything about this DLC just clicks into place incredibly well. It even has an awesome bad guy in it.
I won't say too much more for fear of spoilers (seriously, it's crazy how spoilerrific this DLC is), but let's just say that the final boss of this DLC? Oh, that final boss is fantastic! And the character moments here are awesome? And let's just say that it is wonderful that they made Wrex a squadmate for this DLC. That is frakkin' GREAT!

I missed that old meatshield. Trust me, so did I. I literally took him everywhere with me, and lemme tell you something: he was awesome.

My favorite part is them talking while the ____ is sealed. Oh, God, that conversation! I love how Stupard is trying to deconstruct how he sounds with one of his catchphrases and attempting to make sense of... well, you know. That was hilarious.

I like the banter you got with the entire crew during the raid on the Archives.

Played it on Sunday. Still giddy. My more critical side has got serious reservations about it - it doesn't fit ME3's war-torn feel at all, and at times it feels quite fan-ficcy! But still, it's very enjoyable.
