Call me a raving lunatic, but I swore it happened again! I had this dream I was writing up something in the ME FanFic forums and I pissed someone off. Then we had a flame wars that went overboard before I either I got the ban or I've decided to leave the forums forever. I can't remember the rest but today while I was bitching about lemons in that other thread, all the sudden I had the flash back of my dreams. Now I'm freaking out!

That is kinda wierd. I hope you relaxed.
I occasioanlly get dream deja-vu, but usually I forget my dreams as soon as I hit the alarm clock, so I'm okay.

Same here, usually after I woke up I forgot about it till a few months later I did something mundane like bitching about lemon fics, then it snapped.
I'm alright now... but I got better things to cower in fear like that fan fic of yours

Happens to me too. But do you guys ever have a dream and you can sorta remember it then some time later like a week or a few weeks you have a dream that continues another dream that you had earlier?

Lol I kinda wish that I had a dream that continued for a few nights. But I had one dream and a few months later I had like a sequel dream and a few months after that I had another sequel dream continuing the last two. It was weird but kinda cool.

Talking about dreams, has anybody noted experiencing taste in a dream? I had a dream the other day (well, night), and I realised that I could actually taste something, really strongly. The next day, when I thought about it, I could remember the taste almost exactly. It stuck out because I'm pretty sure that its never happened before.
And no, I'm not going to describe the dream.

Taste, yes. When I was about 13, I had a dream I bit a blue jay's head off and it tasted something awful and bitter. It was the most realistic taste I've ever had in a dream.
Yes, I have some really messed up dreams.
Also, has anybody experienced excruciating pain in their dreams? I recall one where a subterranean dwelling velacaraptor popped out of a hole and shot out a barbed tongue into my leg. Painful as hell.

I don't think I've ever tasted in a dream, and I've definitely never had a sequel dream...

yeah same here but I do have strained muscles once in a while.
Although I do have the recuring dream once in a while. I've keep seeing the Phoenix being burst into fire and and all the sudden the bird was reborn into a brand new bird...

I had recurring nightmares as a young boy. One was me being kidnapped, another was giant wasps. It would start out as a regular dream then I'd recognise the setting and the wasps would come in and I'd wake up as they did. The third was Chewbacca chasing me around my garage!

I'm Sorry but that last part of that dream about a pissed off Chewbacca chasing you around in a garage sounded a bit amusing....
Alright I'm calm now. Yeah I know how that feels. One time as a kid I was chase by a bogey man that was covered in moss and flowers and chased me around the hardware store in the flowers section...
I feel like a pansy for admitting that...
