Or if they're expected to play a game that has Freddie Prinze Junior in it.

I was at a friend's house last night, and he was playing the demo, having played Mass Effect 2, but not Arrival.
He thought I was kidding when I tried to explain Shepard was on trial for genocide or whatever...

One thing I like about the demo is that Anderson just refers to Arrival as, "the shit you've pulled" which 1) allows me to pretend it never happened, and 2) confirms that it was shit.

I enjoyed the demo. Yeah I hope the dialog is different in the full game cause I played it through twice too and most of them were pretty much the same. However I am enjoying multiplayer a lot!

I've been playing the demo twice, mainly to compare both the vanguard and the adept class. so far my verdict is that I'm going for the vangaurd class. I don't know why but I don't enjoy the adept class much, mainly it almost still feels like the same adept class that I know in ME2 and I didn't really enjoy it that much either.
Still for a demo, it's good enough for me to get the game on day one. Like I have any choice now, since I've "accidentally" pre-ordered. Still, I have a better impresson overall, than say... DA2 demo.

I don't think I'll be changing from the adept class - it is by far my favourite.
Although I played a bit as a Vanguard, too, and I liked the aggro style. Almost tempting!

Pah, I like pulling a biotic version of "Fist of the North Star" strike. For some reason, along with the vangaurd Nova powers, it made feel like that my Shepard was mixing Takaewando and Biotics in the battlefield.

I have to say, the North Star is definitely more fun than the omni-blade.

Anyone play the multiplayer yet? I actually think it's....... good!

Exactly. I'm interested to see how it will tie into the story, but it's still pretty dang fun. I like the idea of having a secondary character, of sorts, playing through this "Galaxy at War" thing. Running around as a clueless Quarian was pretty entertaining. xD
But let it be known: mapping the "cover" action and "revive" to the same button was a stroke of lunacy.
