So in the course of a ST: Voyager marathon, I remembered that I started a Voyager fanfic a while back so I decided I'd try to go back and see if I could salvage it. Problem is, I never gave it a title and I'm still drawing a blank. The story will be dealing with an OC who has major PTSD after a Borg encounter, but later on is forced to rely on Borg technology for his survival.
Could any of you give me some ideas to work with for a title for this fic?

Well, I managed to come up with a working title. For now, I'll name my story "Resisting Futility". When I'm done with fixing what I've already written, I'll post it.

I'm awful with titles. Really awful. But I would have gone with a reference to the Borg catchphrases or the shows / movies too.

I'm going to leave the question open, in cause someone comes up with a better title.
Other than Resisting Futility, I've also considered a play on song titles like I did with Halo of Flies. "Blood and Rust" was one I was considering, but it didn't feel right.

I think there are more than enough references to blood in sci-fi and fantasy titles.
And it doesn't quite sound like Star Trek to me, either. It should be something Trek-y.

Agreed. Since I'm making the protagonist's issues with the Borg one of the recurring themes of the story, having a title that's Borg-related makes sense.

Resisting Futility is PERFECT. Really, someone without an synopsis would have an rough idea what it is all about.

Now here's where you get to laugh at me. You know how Ian in Halo of Flies is a 21st century guy who gets stuck in the future? I took that premise from the Voyager fic. xD
Hopefully this time around it would be a bit more plausible since I'm also borrowing heavily from the Botany Bay incident from the Original Series with some Alien thrown in for part of the prologue.
