Sorry that I dropped out of reading AGIP for a while. Just read your latest stuff.
I think the planetside crash is a great touch, especially the planetary setting. I dunno, ever since playing StarCraft in the late nineties I've always had a big place in my heart for jungle worlds.
Some negatives: I understand you're trying different formats, such as script. It's an okay thing to do, but it's an overall departure from the flow of the story itself. At least in my opinion. The music choices in the story, while good occasionally have vocals/lyrics, which is kind of distracting for reading.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your stuff in the future once you're able to write again.
See you starside.

Good looks on the review Cali, and I'm glad you found the time to keep reading! A whole bunch of new content should be out within the next month so keep an eye out if you so wish. Regarding the scripted scene I do see the potential detraction in flow, and how it will definitely raise a flag for some, but I've decided to keep going with it and use it only under strict circumstances that can hopefully show a relevant pattern, since it's had generally positive responses so far. I got bored flipflopping between first and limited third and decided to experiment. As for the music, it's what you make of it imo. I'll never add an actual full vocal track, most are just chopped and screwed vocal samples that act as instruments themselves and hardly contain lyrics that take away the subjectivity of the strings/bass/etc. I've also had to replace many of the tracks due to copyright issues with the people who post them up. But if any song distracts, listening isn't necessary! Cheers
