My beef with the pistol over rifle bit is a handgun is a very poor manstopper (but on film a 9mm or even a 7.65 Browning will insta-kill badguys and even knock them flying). It's also harder to shoot a pistol with speed and accuracy when compared to a carbine. So why not go with the gun that has better terminal performance and is easier to make hits with? Easy. Those props are more expensive and they blew the budget on the CGI and the stat's haircut.

Some of my least favorite cliches right here... then again, I don't know if I have a favorite.

Best 'GET OUT OF THERE' ever. I was just about to say I was disappointed that wasn't in the video Knight posted.

In zombie movies... the person who just HAS TO save their pet at the expense of everyone else's lives. Case in point... the old lady in Dead Rising. (Yes, I know it's a game and not a movie.) I had vivid images of me punching her the hell out when she started taking down the barricade.

I had vivid images of me punching her the hell out when she started taking down the barricade. Or like in the Dawn of the Dead remake when the girl chases her dog through the sea of zombies. Although I would say, most people have a stronger emotional reaction when a cute animal is killed in a film, as opposed to the thousands of fictional humans we can watch die without feeling a thing.

That dog killed the dude in the gun shop! The little bastard!
I didn't quite get why they send the dog though, i mean couldn't the guys at the mall made a giant slingshot to shoot food over? Just saying?
