To start off with, I would like to thank all those who decided to read any of the eight chapters that I have written thus far.But in a way its kind of strange for me to call this a Fanfic; because - its not really... Everyone of these Log Entries are my true thoughts and feelings while playing Mass Effect 2.And for full disclosure, every entry that i have submitted thus far (Well entries 1 thru 7) is based on my second play-through of ME 2. I'm still strongly considering putting down what I wrote during my first play through, but I don't want it to get confusing for my viewing public. I'm not completely sure why I decided to write this out of order, but I guess it was because I was currently playing ME 2 for the second time, when I decided to convert my play experience into a Fanfic. The funny thing about my 1st Play-through is that it has a 'cliffhanger' that is answered in my 2nd play-through That's kind of how I read two of the Mass Effect Novels as well. For some weird reason, I ended up reading Retribution before Ascension... Mad eh?! I'm pleased with how this has turned out.Part of me is considering writing a 2183 version of Commander Shepard's Log as well. We'll see what happens...

I actually wanted to write a review for Commander Shepard's Log for quite a while. Guess I will now.
To be honest the overuse of emoticons in the first chapter or so was sort of unnecessary, and I wasn't sure it was going to go anywhere.
But damn, the later chapters really made up for all of that. Most of Shepard's philosophical entries were very well done, and I applaud you for that. Pretty good job, there.

Yeah... Your right about there being waaaaaaaaaaay to many emoticons in the first entry I might go back and remove some of them -- I wouldn't want anyone to decide to not give my story a chance b/c the presentation turns them off... I appreciate your candor. No worries there. That's what 'Feedback's' all about right.
