fair enough, but the ages can go a long way you know... probably by then the grey wardens get to ride dragons! 3. Playing a vangaurd class is like playing Aussie Rules with shotguns. Enough said. Eh, I thought that was how Aussie Rules football was played. You know, mud, blood, broken bones, bullet holes...

I want Griffons in my next Dragon Age Game, and I want them right friggin' now! So wait, dragons last longer then Griffons though despite the altter being domesticated? Dayum nature!
I prefer the Vanguard close just ebcause I can charge on and shoot a dude in the FACE with my shotty. Espically the Krogan shotgun...aaaaw yeh.

I've already played twice, but now I'm doing my second play through of ME1 before I do ME2 one last time. There is one thing I hate about ME1, and that is the various bugs that would force you to load your last save game. It sucks extra hard when you've forgotten to hit the quicksave often, and one of those bugs sets you back an hour.

But Griffons are extinct and there's no retro genetic engineer tech in a DA universe, even an ass pull won't save it. You have to make do with dragons.... besides, I just wanted an excuse to ride dragons.
Almost finished my playthough for ME2, I have to say I don't get what Buch is saying about vangaurds being... well neigh impossible to survive or something. Well fair enough in the early levels but once you got full max with charge, you get a nice bonus to replenishing shields, every time you charge at enemies. So yeah, it's rare for me to die in this playthough. Although I hate the bugs when you fight on the collector's plate terrain, where even though you used charge you're stuck in one spot... wonderful. How I'm supposed to charge my way out of Harbringer's sight or chase him? SOB.
Oh... now I'm up to the dreaded Arrival DLC now... wonderful. Now I'm going to watch my korean shepard getting derailed and holding the idiot ball now. Thanks Hackett.

They thought dragons were extinct until they suddenly reappeared, you know. If only 'Dragon Age 2' had been 'Griffon Age' instead...

Why would you call an Age after Dragons if there are no Dragons in it? The Chinese can pull that crap, but not Thedas.

I've probably expecting too much, but when I saw the name Dragon Age the first time, I was hoping "Song of Ice and Fire" meets "Dragon Riders of Pern".
Guess I have to be disappointed... again.
