Now, now. No need to get the wrong idea. It's for a tabletop game. Star Wars: Age of Rebellion specifically. The scene involves an Imperial officer getting roughed up by the player characters, who are Rebel commandos.
I'm going for the creepily out of place, cheery 80's song vibe in the spirit of Silence of the Lambs and the David Fincher remake of Girl With the Dragon Tattoo for the scene. I don't wanna use Goodbye Horses or Orinoco Flow, however, but would rather go for something semi-original. I've compiled a list of tracks I figured would be appropriate and would like some input.
If you have any suggestions besides the ones I have listed, I'd like to hear them.

Ah damn it. I forgot to put "Stir It Up" by Patti Labelle. Oh well.

I suppose "Singing in the Rain" ala A Clockwork Orange is out of place then?

Dunno why I haven't thought of that one, Glow.
And yeah, Linders. Would be a bit outta place for the sole reason it's not 80's. And we all know the best torture music is the 80's kind.

Somebody on another forum suggested this song, which works extremely in the thematic synergy department. Seriously leaning toward it.

My suggestion may not be that original, also. I poached it from an episode of Prison Break.

If electricity is involved, why not use "Kickstart My Heart" from Motley Crue?
