Ok I've done the sums and if anybody is interested in the cheapest copy of ME2 available in pre order its ZAVVI.COM I originally believed it was Amazon.co.uk but after working out that even with my 5% student discount that only brings Amazon's copy down to £36.08. Zavvi has defeated them by doing a £2 off orders over £20 which makes there copy of ME2 £35.95.
LOL
Randomly I've also discovered Alan wake has been given a deadline finally. 10th March and its trailer actually looked good.

Nice work. I too will be holding out for a collector's edition a bit longer.
I love those creepy, self-congratulatory Bioware documentaries where they make out that their new game is God for forty minutes while showing you concept art and cut scenes that never made it into the game.

And the guy with the beard! There's always one guy with an epic beard on thsoe things at some point and the beard always leaves your brain stunned for the enxt 40 minutes so you don't hear a word thats being said.

There is a fine beard or two at Bioware!
I saw one video - I think it was for Mass Effect - which had Wayne Brady of all people blabbering from a script about how Earth-shattering the game was going to be. That one blew my mind. I just cannot imagine Wayne Brady playing a sci-fi, story-based RPG in his spare time.

Equally as awe inspiring is when you see a hot chick in one of those video's. Ladies in game companies = miracle.

Always the Collector's Edition for me, since I'm financially afloat nowadays.

I've yet to see a collector's set that I absolutely had to have. In retrospect, maybe the Fallout 3 Collector's Edition, but that's about it.
I did get a really cool Fox McCloud bobblehead back when Starfox Adventures came out, though. =D

Oh wow Mass Effect bobbleheads! I want! Little Garrus nodding his head and saying 'Yes commander' to everything I say! Weeeeeeee... ok enough fan girling I feel dirty now.
I looked for a collectors edition since they said it was available but nowhere seems to be selling it as a pre-order. Only amazon say they'll email you a code for some armour.

There's a collector's edition on Game.co.uk for £39.99. which is pretty good because the only others I was able to find were all over £50

Interesting...
I pre ordered from gamestop, didnt really realize what i was getting...and was expecting terminus armor.
I was looking at my order today, turns out i got collectors edition! comes with some interesting armor, though i kind of liked the looks of the terminus armor more...
