We have all Eddie Izzards tours on DVD. I love Eddie Izzard. We even have the TV series, the Riches, he did in the US. Daniel and I think he's a very sexy man. lol Ah, Dylan Moran. Got to love him. He reminds me of a drunken toddler.
Ah insomnia. I managed to grab a nap around 10am - 12pm. Think I've got a cold to. Not my week. Oh well, I have work to do. lol

I have Izzard's tours on DVD here too - he's my favourite stand-up by far. I'd love to see him live one day. I never saw The Riches, but I've watched a lot of his films. 'The Cat's Meow' and 'All the Queen's Men' are very good!
And I'm afraid I must agree - he's a very sexy man indeed.
Sorry to hear about your illness/insomnia Zars.

Ha ha. I've always had insomnia even when I was a baby. My parents used to leave me down stairs with bugs bunny and other videos playing on my bad nights because I just wouldn't sleep although there is a cure for my insomnia. Its called disco music, Lord of the rings, Star wars 3 or 5 or whatever and cars. Soon as I feel a vibration in the ground, ex. Disco music, I instantly nod off. The same to Lord of the ring movies and the end of Star wars. I think its the "Neeeeewahhhhhhh!!!" noise from the enemy ships that nods me off. The noise is soothing. I'm hoping for sleep tonight because this is night two of insomnia and I'm starting to get cooky and gibberish. Then again its 22:35pm and I'm not feeling a sleeping urge. Maybe I should call a cab to drive me around the block.

Bill Maher's documentary Religulous is one of my most favorite movies. This is probably one of the more...interesting interviews concerning a popular (unfortunately) conspiracy theory.

Lizard people eh? Well I've ehard some pretty interesting conspiracies but thats a new one.
One of my fave conspiracies has got to be the one that the earth actually blew up a few years ago and we've all been teleported to a holographic world. I've met people who actually believe this shite. I used to enjoy listening to them for hours on end because it was just so funny.

I still can;t get over this shapeshifting lizard crap. I'm pretty sure he's just describing the plot of "V". And Zars - the people you met are thinking of the bloody "Matrix".

I think they were ore thinking jumbled munch encrusted video nights with their weed. They were always high or in the process of getting there. They said it was so they could get out of their bodies and continue the fight agaisnt some dude or something. The best bits have got to be when they showed me painting of there other selves. They wiled swords.... I got to meet them by random means. One of my crazy friends (good crazy) did an art class with one of these people and we used to hang around with him on the occasion because he was so loopy and he kept telling us stories. Then he tried to convert me one summer and failed when it was decided by the rest of the, lets call them a cult, I might be one of the bad guys his group were trying to get rid of. lol

I remembered looking up that holographic universe theory, but I can't remember a dang thing about it. There are all sorts of views just as crazy, if not crazier, than the hologram or lizard (transdimensional -.-) theory.
Here's another small snippet from Religulous about a church that's actually centered around cannabis. What it's actually about, even the guy couldn't really say. But he did manage to catch his hair on fire.

than the hologram or lizard (transdimensional -.-) theory. When the guy explained how they were technichally transdimensional, I couldn't help but think of crazy John Hurt at the end of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. "Interdimensional beings, to be exact!"

That Hole in the Ring one isn't even too far off from the real Weakest Link. I saw an episode where Ann Robinson flat out insulted a carer for not having a proper job!
