I like those Lego Star Wars games.
I got the Tetris Effect on Knights of the Old Republic. I would stay up almost all night and sleep a handful of hours every day for a week - I never took more than a week to finish a game. It ws ridiculous. I also got that effect playing Oblivion - it's always just 'one more quest' or 'I'll just buy some new equipment before I forget' and it just never ends.

Oh I did that too Buch... I started playing Oblvion one night at 7pm and my door bell suddenly rang. Heres me thinking "WHo the hell is at my door at this time of night." Its my friend come to pick me up for swimming at 2pm the next day. Thats when I realized I needed to keep away from that game or have someone control my hours.

I'd probably have to say "Everquest" was the first game that did this to me. My friend and I would play at the same house, so that was a lot of fun. I specifically remember playing for over fourteen hours and thinking, "Hey, that's a new one on me."
Next was probably "Knights of the Old Republic." Played that game until my eyes could no longer function. Turning off the XBox made the Ebon Hawk go away. ><
"World of Warcraft" was probably the most intense. It really became one of those perseverance challenges, where my friends and I would stock up on energy drinks and snacks and try to see how long we could stay up and play. Fun times and a really fun game. I think my total playtime was four months or some such.
"Mass Effect" almost did this for me, but not quite. Whenever I saw the MAKO, I'd turn it off for the night. xD
But recently, I've been throwing myself into "Fallout 3." It's so reminiscent of KotOR to me, and handles like an improved engine from Oblivion. Only picked up the controller a handful of times, but I already have twenty-four hours logged.
Maybe "Poke'mon Red Version" when it first came out, but I can't remember if I played it for extended stretches of time.

ok ok My first run through of mass effect I completely in a week. I did ALL the side quests as well and got the completionist achievement. lol But my excuse was I had a really bad case of flu at the time. I had this fever and I got a lung infection so I couldn't sleep due to choking in my sleep. That left Mass effect. It was my only companion and felt so much better than all that menthol stuff people were coating me in. I had about 2 hours sleep for that week.

LMFAO Lego games on xbox are pretty good though... Saren pointed his gun at Kaiden and he exploded into a million bricks. "Noooooo!" Cried shepard as she tried to rebuild him, but someone had stolen his damn man bricks. LMAO LOL Oblivion was another one that did it to me.

I read it a few weeks ago. I did laugh. My hubby was actually telling me off for laughing so much because he was pretending to sleep whilst playing DS at the time. I'm sure I reviewed it ...

Well, I've used to get hooked with Soul Calibur III. Me and my friend were helping each other trying to unlock ALL the items and characters from the game. Yes, we almost unlocked everything including concept art, movies, costumes, stages and weapons. And it's fun to hunt for it at the time
Also whenever I have a bad day, I've load up the game and tried to push myself to get a gold medal status for surving the futhest in the endurance mode. xD
