Ok so I'm starting a new Mass Effect Playthrough with my 6th Shepard. Ok on Edan Prime everybody knows about Dr. Warren and Manuel but today I found another group of people. Right after the big BOOM from Saren's gun you jog down the hill and you shoot some enemies but still right on the hill to the right when your going down is another shed that you can get into and theres 3 people there. WTF I never saw these people or ever heard anyone mention them. They are apparently 3 farmers that hid in this shed but they eventually tell you that they helped in some smuggling ring at the space port and they came to the shed to check on some of the smuggled items.
They give you a pistol which was part of the smuggled items and if you use charm/intimidate you can get a weapon upgrade from them. If you charm/intimidate them one more time you find out their contact at the space port is Powell. Now when you see Powell you can confront him about it and he'll give you some grenades. If you charm/intimidate him he'll give you a grenade upgrade.
Sorry if everybody already knew this but of all the times playing through Edan Prime I never knew this. Even after some many times playing this I still find new things.

.... I always found them. How could you miss them!? You walk right by the shed! I missed Manuel and Dr Warren first time, though - I accidentally locked them into the shed

I have no idea how I did. I also missed that wards scene on I think my first two playthroughs.

The Ashley/Kaidan/Shepard one? Where they look out over the Citadel?

I agree with Scarin here - I missed Dr Warren on the first playthrough, but not the bunch 'a farmers. It is wonderful when you discover these things. I remember finding out you could turn Yuthura Ban to the light side on KotOR and being so happy. On Mass Effect I didn;t really have any of these moments. Don't remember them anyway.

On my first playthrough I almost drove past Juliana Baynham and that grumpy ugly man on Feros. I turned round when they said "They drove past us" or something along those lines...

That's great - I didn't realise she did that. So going to try it next time.

I've had a few moments like this in Mass Effect but I don't really remember them except of course the farmers lol

Another one (didn't discover this myself, but was still pretty shocked) is if you change the order you go to the Hot Labs or Kill Benezia on Noveria. I always used to kill benezia and deal with the rachni queen before the hot labs, but loads changes if you do it the other way.

Oh yes I was impressed by that one too! And - it was a few games before I bothered mixing the cure for the English Doctor on Peak 15, and had to fight the snooty asari.

I'm the opposite I always went to the hotlabs first. I was also shocked that things change a lot if you switch the order you do them in. Personally I like doing the hotlabs first then the queen, I feel you get more out of it.

One of the big things I've discovered during my revisit to ME, is that if you leave Therum to the second last, Liara's dialogue changes. Instead when you first meet her, she'll mistaken you for a hallucination. xD

I actually got that the first time I played - and I thought it was really funny. So the next game I was really disappointed and confused when it didn't happen.
One of my favourite bits of the game, that.
