Eh, I'm fine without a Wolf Among Us S2. It doesn't feel like there's much more story to be told there. Unless they jump ahead to the 1990s, which would be hilarious. Imagine playing as Bigby walking around in a Cosby sweater or whatever. Or characters commenting Bigby and Snow are the Sam and Diane of Fabletown.
Then again, I was actually thinking. A Batman game would probably cover a lot of the same ground a Wolf Among Us game would. You've got the New York-y urban setting, mostly explored at night, gruff male protagonist, probably it'll go into similar themes of brutality (no way you don't get a climactic choice on whether or not to kill The Joker in this).
Also, after finishing Tales From the Borderlands, I'm way more excited than I would've been for this a couple of months ago. That game feels like it was developed by a team with that sweet, sweet TWD S1/TWAU mojo. If you haven't, Play. That. Shit.

I'm only complaining because TT hinted they would do a season 2 and its because of that game I got into the Fables comics. That is a franchise that deffo need more exposure so a season season would be great. Maybe do some stuff involving the Homelands...
Agreed with you though, TT showed they can do Noir stuff so they would have Batman down no problem.

Nightmare scenario: What if instead of being Telltale's own unique version of the Batman mythos, it's a sequel to Gotham, showing what Bruce Wayne is like when he grows up, becomes the Bat and starts beating up all his elderly villains?

OMG they should get Dave Fennoy to voice Batman.

They should make Commissioner Gordon black and have Dave Fennoy voice him. Or maybe make Robin black? Or Batman black? They could do that, right?

I'd love to see that just for the race baiting assholes to start foaming at the mouth over it.

I'm pretty sure most of those people had an aneurysm after Hamilton.
Also, the guy who played Urich in Daredevil would make a great black Gordon. He basically had the exact same role in the story and look anyway.

This looks pretty cool. Kind of TWAU-esque.
I really like the idea of the player spending as much time as Bruce Wayne as they do Batman. Seems like there's some good interactive storytelling potential there, which Batman Arkham couldn't really do.
At the very least, I assume there won't be vast swathes of every episode devoted to tank battles and disarming minefields.

Taking the silent options in this is so funny.
Especially when you're playing as Bruce. People come up to you expecting to talk to this charming billionaire, but instead they just find a practically nonverbal weirdo.
Also, I apparently pissed Falcone off less by barely doing or saying anything during the scene with him than I did on my first attempt where I tried to play nice.

Also, if they're gonna keep making Penguin British (while inexplicably keeping his family as Gotham old money), maybe they should get a British actor to play him?
