Disclaimer: I have been writing a story that I intend to turn into a novel-length story based on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I found the prologue I've already written, and have edited parts of it to make my next few 100 Word Entries. For the time being, my entries will be sequential parts of a longer story.
I hope to eventually have the story novel-length and complete, and will eventually post the story in its entirety when it has been finished.
March 7, 2015
Flames shot high, illuminating the sky as walls crumbled and terrified people ran for the city gates. The young mage gasped in shock as one small child ran right through her as if passing through a ghost, followed by a vaguely reptilian daedra which set upon the child and tore him apart with teeth and talons, as the child's mother lay dying a few short feet away. Other daedra - some like the first, others much larger and more lizard-like - leaped around the main courtyard in front of the chapel, maiming and killing anyone who dared attempt to flee.

Every time I tell a joke, everybody laughs, sometimes hysterically. I just want attention and affection like every other red, blue, green, glow-in-the-dark purple, and plaid blooded human being. I don't like to complain and vent my disconcert to the world about my abuse as a child or anything because it's never worked out in the past. This is the only thing that works. All I can do is crack anecdotes and zingers, because it's the only way I can get people to listen to me. Imagine yourself never being taken seriously again in your life. Yeah.

Part 2 of Longer Story
March 8, 2015
Others, what seemed to be men with skin reddish black as burning coal and deep black eyes, entering the houses and dragging screaming victims out to be slain in the street.
Tears flowed unheeded down the mage's face as she screamed her rage and hatred into spells which fizzled out uselessly as soon as they left her fingers. She stared in shock at her hands, which glowed and crackled with the destructive magick she longed to release. The screams around her began to fade as she stared wildly around, tears drying on her cheeks as she prayed for divine aid.

"If you want to buy a horse, talk to Ulundil inside the house. I'm just some nobody, doing cleaning duties,” Rumarin pointed the direction for the visitor, before going back to shifting horse crap out. Hopefully he don’t have to deal with that shifty visitor himself.
Unfortunately, the figure wasn’t interesting in buying a horse. Instead he starts a casual conversation, “You’re seemed to be capable of handling yourself.”
Rumarin was startled. Has the Thalmor tracked him down? Gods, I hope not, he thought.
He calmly replied, “Well, you have to. It’s Skyrim after all.”
“Would you like an opportunity of a lifetime? There’s plenty of gold and adventuring if you accept my offer.”

Not giving Aria the chance to interrupt, Ian continues, “That’s just what I’ve seen from your actions and what’s known of your history. But there’s something else to you. You follow your own code. You’re ruthless, but you actually give a damn about what happens to this station. And it’s not because you’re Queen of Omega.”
“What makes you think that?” she asks, her expression becoming more closed.
“I know it. I don’t know what you’ve been through in your life, but I can see that you want to live life your way and woe to anyone who threatens that.”

Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining King Arthur and Futurama. The story should use a tournament of some sort as a plot device!
Shao Khan smirked as both combatants entered the arena. The man on the left was encased in knight’s armour and brandished a sharp blade while his opponent looked like a automaton similar to Cyrax or Sektor but he seemed devoid of anything human. “I hope there is a afterlife for you, creature. For I will send you to it.” The knight said. The automaton glared.” You can kiss my shiny metal ass, meat bag.” Shao Khan heard enough and waved a hand to the announcer. “Lancelot of Camelot vs Bender of New, New York!” Shao Khan rose.” ROUND ONE, FIGHT!”

The next day, Rumarin was walking through the rocky crags, that was littered with hot pools and cracks in the ground that burst out sulfurous steam on occasion. Without a warning. He quickly hopped aside as another bust of steam pops out. He continues heading towards a ramshackle hut, the location where he was supposed to go.
So how did he get into this mess? He thought. It began a free drink from last night, at the Candlehearth Hall. The visitor who turns out to be part of some sort of forgery guild, looking for new blood. Normally, like any sensible elf, he would decline the offer, but he’s not the sensible kind. Plus he always wanted an adventure, so this is the only chance he can get.
“Talos’ fat arse, I’m so going to regret this,” Rumarin mumbled to himself, as he knocks on the door.
The door opens.

Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining Portal and Jurassic Park. The story should use a blizzard as a plot device!
She ran as fast as she could as the raptors chased after her as snow came down through the ruined roof, the windows shook from the raging blizzard outside. “Aperture Science proudly announces its merger with Ingen, unfortunately that means we also get their vermin problem. But that should be fine because you are also vermin.” A cool feminine voice said. The test subject ignored GlaDos’ taunts and used her device to shoot two portals, one close to her feet and the other far away. She jumped in the portal and shot out the other end and gained some distance on the raptors. “I’m sorry, what I said was mean. If you survive the cold and the Jurassic predators I will give you cake. And cyanide. I heard it mixes well together.”

From the corner of her eye she spotted a young man in an ash-stained blue robe -- a priest - leading a small group of frightened people into the Great Chapel of Akatosh; the spire on the roof of the Chapel had fallen into the courtyard below, yet the walls still stood against the demonic flames now destroying the rest of the city. She prayed those inside the Chapel would be safe from the daedric hordes.
The mage closed her eyes tight against the brightly burning fire and destruction, as if by not watching she could make the horrors disappear.

A silence falls between Aria and Ian, the former looking at the human as if she’s weighing her options while the latter stares back. She turns to her guards. “Leave us,” she commands. “No one enters until I say.” After the guards leave, she returns her attention to Ian, looking ever more the predator. “You’re good,” she admits. “Dangerously so. Most think I’m just in it for the power or money. Now the question is... how do we skip the bullshit?”
“We both know the way to do that. Question is, are you sure you want to see the truth?”

Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining Call of Cthulu and Grand Theft Auto. The story should use a comet about to hit Earth as a plot device!
“Go to Innsmouth, cousin Niko.” Roman said.” No cops, Russans or women there who bust your balls!” True, there were no cops…instead there were cultists, fish people and the eldritch horrors that turned his mind into a abattoir of ill thoughts. But he faced his own horrors in the war and Niko Bellic gladly shared his pain with the cult of Dagon. One shotgun shell at a time. He blew off the head off one of the fish folk before he looked up. A masked child was playing music as the moon came seemingly grew, an evil smirk on its face. “Should’ve gone bowling…” Niko reloaded.

All of a sudden, Rumarin was forcefully being pulled into the shack by a large hairy arm. He was slammed into a wall, before the door closes behind him. He turn and right in front of him, was a large beardless Nord, waving his war axe. Not only he’s angrier than Akatosh on a bad day, but also his hair was on fire from all that rage.
Hang on, that’s the colour of his hair. Whoops.
“Who sent you, toad skin?” The Nord demanded.
“Your friend. Steelhand,” Rumarin replied.
“Is that so, boy? Well then, what’s the pass phase?”
As Rumarin was trying to remember, the Nord pointed his axe close to the Altmer’s neck.
“Well, what is it? I haven’t got all day, Crocodile lips!”
11th March 2015
“Black-Briar Mead taste worse than horse shit!” Rumarin answered with great urgency.
The fiery rage from the Nord died down as he made a big hearty laugh, as he sheathes his axe. Before Rumarin was able to ponder the absurdity of that pass phase, when the Nord interrupt his carriage of thought with a good smack in the back.
“Ah, finally! Steelhand has found a high elf! Welcome, welcome to the guild! Please, sit down and make yourself at home. So what’s your name, Knife-Ears?” The Nord asked.
“Rumarin.”
“Rumarith? Rumaris? Rumar… By the gods, what’s with you high elves and your fancy hard to say names?
“I don’t know. Like I have any choice in name picking when my mother pops me out into this world,” Rumarin shrugged.

The screams of dying people and the roars of the daedra faded to nothing; replaced by empty silence, which in its very emptiness seemed louder than any roar. She opened her eyes to see she was no longer in the ruined city; now standing on a broken bridge jutting out over a sea of lava, staring at the cliffs on the other side. She knew what she sought was in the tower on the top of the cliffs, and as soon as the thought occurred to her she found herself on the other side, at the base of the cliffs.

Aria’s eyes widen for a moment before narrowing in response to Ian’s challenge. “I know you. You hate being vulnerable and at someone else’s mercy. You’re bluffing.”
Ian rises from his seat, draws his pistol, and sets it on the table. His knife follows. Returning to his seat, Ian sits so he can’t easily reach his weapons, his only real defense against her; his eyes burning with the fires of challenge.
Frozen momentarily in surprise, Aria makes her move, standing and walking over to Ian before straddling his waist; trapping him beneath her as her hand wraps around his throat.

Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining Breaking Bad and Donkey Kong. The story should use car accidents as a plot device!
“Yo, Mr White!” Jesse shook Walter awake.” DK’s on the phone!” Walter grumbled as he took the cell phone.” What is it, Kong?” A series of gorilla sounds came through the phone. “Slow them down!” Walter snapped, another series of hoots came.” No don’t throw a blue shell, I don’t want him dead! Call Saul if they arrest you!” he shut it off and turned to Jesse. “Hank is on the way, we need to move!” Immediately both wrapped up their cooking before they hightailed the van out of the dessert. Jesse looked back and saw a gorilla wearing a red tie on a pile of cars, throwing banana-barrels at the DEA.” Yeah bitch! Golden banana!”
