Before I answer this, my dear Mr Glow, I think I may need clarification on what exactly you mean with that question - I don't quite understand it...?

All a demilitarized zone means is that by treaty agreement there is no military presence, or a significantly reduced military presence in an agreed upon area, usually between two nations that are only a hair's breadth from turning each other into ash. I don't really see how the existence of a city would have any effect on this.
So what game are we talking about here?

The ans-wher is yiss. We from Quebeec are très enthusiastic of structures, garages, drow bridges, and varuss ovther stuff being in demilitarized zone. We know thees because we are aht war with English speaking Canada every day of the mont. We also believe Raymond Kenna is a hgeero, not a scélérat. I know thees because Jesus built his hoot rad. Also, I'm totally not eh reepuvv of Lizbath Salandar. I swar.

Thumbs for the pic, Cali. She reminds me of Jack in a good way.
As for DMZs, the one I'm most familiar with is the one between North Korea and South Korea. It's a mine-ridden hell-hole on the best of days so I'm voting no.

Well, judging by pretty much every single reply made besides mine, I assume nobody but Glow and I has played Watch_Dogs.
They ARE missing out on the references, but gameplay-wise I just... don't know.
And Iron, I love me some tattooed punker women. It's been true most of my life. It's a shame Clara acts like Lizbeth Salander without all the initiative, sass and the will to call out the main on his jackassery or kick any ass whatsoever. Very unlike a tattooed punker chick.

So she's hot but a poser. I'd still hit it, but might feel dirty afterwards.

DMZ's are terrible places. Sometimes cities are in them at the time they are set up so the question becomes moot. The zone between the Koreas is beyond dangerous but it is small enough and armed enough there that I have a hard time calling it a proper DMZ. I'm pretty sure Kashmir between India and Pakistan is one as well and many many people live there. There was also one between France and Germany pre WWII, but then we all know how that turned out. I wouldn't want to move into one. But I would not want to displace however many people lived there after one was set up either. Kinda sucks either way.

I sometimes think that Quebecians care more about being French than actual French people do. Kind of like us Irish Americans and our love affair with a country most of us have never visited.

I have heard that most French from France look down their noes at Quebecers and especially their dialect of French. Apparently it is nearly as unrecognizable as the same language as a strong Cockney accent is as English,
