I could throw them in for the climax where they form the hammer to smash through the enemy's legions of mechs so the heroes can slip in to stop the doomsday device which either
A: If this is post ME3, brings the Reapers back (to their evil ways) or B summons the Reapers in earlier if this is pre Mass Effect.

Actually, yes that is a good idea. After introducing the Vorcha war assets in ME3 (which so far are the only positive signs of the Vorcha) I would like to have a cool vorcha character. Also a batarian bombmaking terrorist who fights the batarian goverment.

I'd also make the game a bit less linear. Make exploration a pillar of the series like it kinda was in ME1. Sort of like Space games a la privateer? These right here would be amazing! I missed the little exploration in ME1. If they could bring that back and expand it a lot I'd be happy.
