They're really hammering home the whole "you can't save everyone" thing better than Mass Effect 3 ever did. In fact, Lee will be lucky to save anyone at this rate.

I just finished Episode Three (though I had to settle with random decisions).
I am sad. This game is emotionally devastating. =(
SPOILER:
Was anyone able to save Carly?

SPOILERS: No, I couldn't either. As far as I know, all three deaths in the group are unavoidable. I was totally pissed when Carley died, though. It's probably even worse than Doug dying, because of it being implied her and Lee have feelings for each other. I try to play a noble character, but I ended up leaving Lily on the side of the road and threatening to throw Ben off the train. Emotional stuff.
You've gotta feel for Kenny after what happened in this episode, too.

That was such a great scene, but I really wished I could've kept Carley alive.
I was making Lee the good guy, too. Always trying to keep away from taking sides. Then Lily does her thing, and I couldn't help but leave her. That was really sad to hear that last exchange between them, too.
"I'll die out here alone."
"I don't care."

Ironically, Lily must survive no matter what you do since she apparently goes on to have to have a minor role in the main comic.
The opening with Duck "helping" with Lee's detective work and appointing himself the Robin to Lee's Batman was incredibly sweet, too. This game is just too good at making you care for the characters in it (and then doing horrible things to them.)

And also, I'm a bit upset that our trip on the train wasn't anything like this.

I made my Lee a bit more chaotic good, as in steal when you can but help others when possible. Hence for example i said to Clem it;s okay to take supplies from the car but i did shoot that woman in the beginning of episode 3 to ease her suffering. Duck...oh god....i feel bad about him.

I actually let the walkers eat that girl. It just seemed like the first time Kenny's schtick about having to do whatever's neccesary to survive actually made sense. Got a lot of supplies because of the extra time I had, too.
What happened with Duck really was awful, though. You don't make an apt Batman reference without earning my friendship, that's for sure. (I'm starting to think my avatar is a bit inappropriate.)

Pissed off that Lily shot carly...i really liked Carly. And just the manner of her death was so abrupt i mean...jesus. No wonder why the Governor hired Lily.

I felt terrible for Duck, but I'm still wondering what happened with Katja. Kenny never explicitly said she shot herself, and she was saying earlier how she hated guns. Suspicious, I tells you.
And Ben. I'm not sure whether to keep him alive (because, honestly, I'm not sure he could've predicted that outcome for his actions) or take him out the first chance I get.

He didn't HAVE to, but at that point it was either Kenny, Clem, Ben, or... Lee. We were running out of suspects. xD

I had an idea Carly might have done it, but i would ahve forgiven her because...you know, she saved my ass. Then Lily happend.... I feel so bad for Kenny, poor bastard....we might lose him in Episode 4.

Had to reinstall the game a second time. For some reason, Episode Three has been messing with my saves. First, it won't recognize my old file, so I have to play with random choices. Then, later, it does recognize my file after it's too late. Then Episode Two glitched and won't play.
It's all wacky!
