Been watching The Expanse. It's some really good shit. The premise is that humanity has colonized the solar system, but hasn't reached the stars yet (the series does a damn good job of staying within the limits of hard science for the most part) with tensions rising between Earth, Mars, and the Asteroid Belt. And as a bonus, we get Shaala'Ran Vas Tonbay (Tali's aunt) as a high level political figure trying to sort shit out without a full-blown war breaking out. It's available on Amazon Prime and Amazon's digital purchase service and I highly recommend it.

Been meaning to watch that bastard. Hear it's good. I have a strong suspicion that you'll like it. Especially when it comes to the Belters.

I've only seen the first episode myself, but it seems pretty interesting. Any show that has Mike Erhmantraut going Space Crazy is alright by me.

Expanse is freaking awesome. I totally missed the Jonathan Banks cameo at the time. Looking it up, he's apparently in Arkham Knight too!
The books are great, and the show's done a B+ of keeping things together (the season breaks are in really odd places).
I just caught up on American Gods, Designated Survivor, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, & House of Cards.
AG - Trippy. Not sure where they are going with it.
DS - Interesting, especially post-trump. I'm able to predict the major plot shifts but Kiefer Sutherland is still interesting enough to keep watching.
CEG - I'll be honest, I fast forward to the songs, and get a bare minimum of storyline on this show, and they've got the crazy down.
HoC - Not the ending I wanted this season, but steps in that direction.
Izombie's not been bad either, but I'm still an episode behind.

I want to watch more of the Expanse, but those uncanny vally lookin' gravity people put me off.
I like to eat while I watch TV to maximise my time wealth.

The guy from the True Detective tracking shot who has Rust on the floor and is beating him with his baseball bat before cockily telling him to get up, only to be handily defeated is my spirit animal.

Like him or not. He was an honorable fighter.
Also a very good indication on why you should never fight with a bat. Too easy to juke and/or duck under.

If he'd known the bat-throwing techniques pioneered in Montana two decades later, True Detective would've ended in Episode 4.

Whenever I see bits of it, I'm always surprised by the fact Will Smith's I, Robot is actually a pretty good film.
Really like the scene where Smith outlines why he's a robo racist. Chi Mcbride is in it too

I'm on the second series of The Expanse, very good show, but all I can think is that Thomas Jane's character is a Murdered Soul Suspect cosplayer:
