That looks awesome...
I may need to look into upgrading my computer later in the year (after the wedding is all paid for of course) so I can get Deus Ex: Human Revolution and this new Deus Ex: Mankind Divided... as well as Dragon Age Inquisition...
Dammit, I want a new computer now... lol
The music in that trailer was fantastic - whoever did the score for the Deus Ex games is amazing...

So Jensen's working for an Interpol agency that's obviously the predecessor to UNATCO? I hope this means Anna and Gunther are supporting characters.
Maybe there actually will be a skull gun, too.

If it's even half as slick as the last one it'll be a good buy. I just hope they don't forget to give Jensen a personality this time.

If it's even half as slick as the last one it'll be a good buy. I just hope they don't forget to give Jensen a personality this time. You see, I thought the neat thing about Adam Jensen was the fact that his personality and recent backstory were mostly elaborated on in his apartment, with all his emails, implied drug issues, paranoia, possible PTSD, and his clock making hobbies. I thought that was arguably more brilliant than the usual way of character establishment.

And the fact he kept punching out his mirror.
But yeah, I loved the environmental storytelling in Jensen's apartment. That was just a cool ass area in general with the amazing music and the hidden safe and all that. Very Deus Ex.
This reminds me I bought but never actually played The Missing Link. I should get round to that.
Oh, and apparently they're doing an Invisible War-style thing where aspects of all of the endings are fused into a new canon. The shot of Jensen in the water is actually pretty evocative of the suicide ending of HR.

the apartment was brilliant actually. the clockmaking in particular was a good touch as it is a common rehabilitation technique for people recovering from certain traumas...or getting used to using new artificial limbs with finesse.
especially touching was the collection of get well cards from his co-workers. They nailed atmosphere like few devs have. Jensen, otherwise....seemed a little off. maybe I just need to play it again.

Jensen's coat doesn't have a floral pattern anymore. Fuck it. Preorder cancelled.
Also, I hope Mankind Divided finally adresses the Vader issue. Meaning, we know Jensen lost his legs when he got augmented, but did he lose his dick? And if so, was it replaced?

I've been waiting for this for a really long time. So which ending from the previews game will this one be based on?

Not a clue. The teaser trailer is all I know about right now.
I suspect that the story will be flexible enough that the ending will not matter much as the Illuminati in this setting is pretty darn resilient. We only know Adam did not kill himself and everyone on the platform, because he is in it. there might be some multiple choice question as to who Adam backed in the tutorial or something but I doubt it will change anything more serious than a couple of throw away lines.
