That's exactly why I've brought legion to the fortilla. I've heard rumours back in my class about those plot holes. Normally, when role playing as a "smarter and more considerate" paragon, I would also avoid those since it breaks the immersion.
So I've done my personal homework. Don't get me wrong, I'm not doing this out of hateful spite or stupidity, but for merely science. I have to learn these faults too, so I can avoided these sernarios later in my career in the games industry... if I'm lucky enough.
Although DA done pretty well in the "elephant in the living room" sernario. One time when I was supposed to rescue Queen Anora, I've accidently brought Shale along. Mind you, this is sort of an espionage quest. Fortunately, someone pointed out my character's stupidity and Shale backed away for another party member who can fit into the background a lot better.

Well Legion kinda reeks of fan service in the first place and that is what seems to trip the excellent writers of BioWare ore than most things. Balancing a character like Legion with player choice is hard when the designers are not actually willing to place consequences of real note in front of your actions. So yes entry to the Quarian habitation ship or the Citadel should be blocked, or even you should be arrested as a terrorist or something for this silliness. Not "well you did say pretty please/threatened to remove my spleen...so Ok" WTFBBQ??!!?
Sloppy sloppy sloppy work. There is only a couple things about the writing in ME2 that really irks me and that is one of them.
If you do get into game design Tillian please for the love of Beelzebub do not go around promising big choices and then turn around and make the environment completely consequence free. THAT is the immersion breaker.

THAT is the immersion breaker. I can't exactly say I can keep my promise not to do that since there's a good chance I might have to pick another job since the industry is demanding, but if I do get in, I'll be sure not to exaggerate in the likes of Molyneux. Besides, I like some quiet time for me, easy to focus on game design more. Yeah ME2 can be slightly... sloppy in consequences, but I'm still crossing my fingers that they'll improve on that in ME3. Anyways, now we know a couple of blunders in the dialogue and plot, lets get back to current gaming. I've still need to finish Bayonetta, I have to take a break from it due to causing a minor injury in the wrist in the late.

Trying to play just Cause 2 right now. I would probably have nice things to say about it, but I have finally reached the end of my video card's ability to process graphics in a game. I have no idea where I am getting the money to upgrade.

Yep, Legion should definitely have been limited to say, depopulated areas and N7 missions, they could have at least handwaved it by saying it wasn't uncommon to see mechs customised to look like geth, maybe for use as a scare tactic or something. What Anderson says, about Legion being Shepard's geth trophybot is a little stupid when Tali said in ME1 that geth do the robot equivalent of taking a cyanide pill when captured.
I think I can see why Just Cause 2 might tax a video card a bit, it does have quite graphics and a massive game world, from what I remember of the demo.
I got Max Payne 1 (on Amazon, for a penny) after finishing Alan Wake, it's the only other thing Remedy have done, I believe. I'm not very far in, but I'm certainly enjoying blowing away mooks with Bullet Time. I may get the sequel, but I really wanna check out that 50 Cent game, 50 Cent and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull XD
I'm not a fan of Fiddy, but I've heard the game is a fun filled Narm-ride.

I've been playing an Indie game on Xbox Live - 'Breath of Death VII: The Beginning.' A comedy RPG in the old 8-bit style. It's sort of a parody of the early Final Fantasy games and the likes. I'm liking it a lot so far. Last time I was playing (travelling and dodging random encounters) a text box came up and one of my party members started singing the Pokemon theme.

So... I've brought Assassins Creed 2 and Company of Heroes: Gold Edition. Yep, from EB again. As I've said before and I'm going to say it again... I love cheap ass deals.
I'm going to try and bargain hunt some more games before the deal is off soon.

I'm still on my 3rd playthough of Mass Effect 2. I'm aiming to do everything - even mine every planet God help me - with my favourite Shepard from the first game. It's been a long slog, but I'm really enjoying it this time.

I got Max Payne 1 (on Amazon, for a penny) One of the best games ever made IMHO. There are a lot of firsts in that game. Also is it the PC version? I heard there is a really awesome kung-fu mod some one did. I forgot what it was called but I read an article on it and I think it was on X-Play once. The second on is pretty good too but the first one it the real masterpiece. So... I've brought Assassins Creed 2 and Company of Heroes: Gold Edition. I love Company of Heroes, amazing WWII game. I love how a battle can be so epic and intense, then go compleatly silent after every one is dead and your dudes slowly look out from their holes to see whats going on. The chatter is cool too. " Join the army they said. I t'll be fun they said." Poor litter greaser. Haven't got to Assassins Creed 2 yet. I liked the first one but it had no replayability. Unless you like "find the 10,000+ flags".Think I'll wait for it to hit the bargain bin first.

Nah, It's just the xbox version, My PC's memory is stretched to breaking point with all the other games on it.
Assassin's Creed II is definitely worth the money. Ubisoft actually kept their promise to shake up the game, there is certainly more variance in the missions, and it's got a great story as well.
I checked out Epiphany in Spaaace and Molly the Were-Zompire as well, they are brilliant! I can't wait to get some microsoft points so I can buy the full versions.

Man... uni starts today, looks like I'll won't be finishing these games for a while. Despite that, that doesn't stop me from booting up my PC and xbox for some brief gaming sessions. As soon I'm done with Bayonetta, I'll be working on AC2. Also I'm still playing Pokemon Heartgold, trying to catch more pokemons. Although... it's quite funny in today's 3D animation class, where the tutor tried to use an example when it comes to empathising about walk cycle animation. Tutor: So... any of you played World of Warcraft? Class: ... (one guy shook his head in disgust) Tutor: Gears of War? Class: ... Tutor: Uh... Mario? Class: (Squeeing) YES!So... yeah.

'One guy shakes his head' - lol!
----------
Hodster and Glow - yes!
Yes.
I just got done playing Breath of Death VII yesterday, and I thought it was marvellous.
The other two - particularly Molly the Were-Zompire - are well worth 80 MS points. Breath of Death is an absolute steal at that price.
It's really awesome that you guys liked them. They're working on a new one - along the same lines as Breath of Death but with more save points (thank God) - called "Cthulu Saves the World" - due in a couple of months.
