This most recent episode was pretty damn good. I've always been a fan of Mike, and we got to see sides to him we've never seen before here.
Plus Jimmy was only in one scene. I'm hoping this means Mike will assume some sort of deuteragonist Jesse role and we'll get to see stuff like him joining up with Gus and enforcing for him.

They kinda implied that when Mike visited that Vet. I agree although I really liked Walter and Jesse, the show really came to life when Mike and Saul came into Breaking Bad. I'm still not calling him Jimmy.

How good has this nursing home arc been, though. I felt legitimately saddened when it turned out Chuck had been the one behind Jimmy not getting to be a lawyer at HHM. It just sucks that he's trying so hard to be good, and it seems like the universe is determined to constantly ruin it. It's injecting some unexpected pathos into his transformation into Saul.

Nobody made a "Polo" joke in this. I'm sad. Face it, Better Call Saul is ruined.

Chicago Sunroof has officially been overtaken by Hoboken Squat Cobbler as the most hilarious quasi-sexual act Better Call Saul has created.

Oh yah. PLAYUH made Jerry Lundegaard and Rye Gerhardt look like criminal masterminds by comparison.

Also a bit late but I loved the Post-Breaking Bad scene for this season with Saul being stuck in that room and him not wanting to activate the alarm because it would signal the police. It was a nice little nod there, I enjoyed that,

Prediction: Nacho wants Mike to kill Tuco. Instead they conspire to have him be sent to prison, which canonically he has to do to meet Skinny Pete and facilitate the rise of Krazy 8.
Also are we supposed to dislike Nacho or what? Michael Mando is just a likeable actor regardless, and the people he dicks over (The Kettlemans, Tuco and PLAYUH) kind of had it coming. Still less of a douche than Chuck.

Better Call Saul turned into Gotham so gradually I barely even noticed.
